Property Ratings at Sugarloaf Crossing
I like sugarloaf crossing, it is very quiet, it is a very complete complex, the attention in the leasing is excellent, if a problem arises, they solve it instantly, free of pests play areas, swimming pool, gym, a very complete complex.
Seems like a very welcoming community. My move in process was very quick and simple. Everyone seems very genuine. Can’t wait to be apart of this nice community.
It has been great so far, office administration team are very nice to talk with, the effective and efficient, the community is a great place,
Es lo mejor para viví... Siempre quisiera vivir aquí ya tengo 3 años en este lugar y funciona todo gyn piscina lavandería y tiene espacio recreativo
Great neighborhood. Good maintenance. Quiet overall but thin walls. If you have a noisy neighbor who loves to play their TV/Music all night or a heavy walker living above you…good luck smh
very safe, great maintenance team, super nice people working in the front office. people do need to pick up after their dogs more often tho.
The community is pretty chill and the staff is always on point. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The amenities are pretty good although the gym could stand an upgrade.
The community is quiet and close to all the store you may need. This price is great for the things that come with the apartment. I would definitely recommend anyone to come !
Thankful for the peace and quiet that we have experienced thus far. It is absolutely amazing, and we are delighted to be a part of this community.
Lovin' It - !! Great Friendly Office Staff. Efficient Maintenance Crew. Good Neighborhood. Walkable Wonderful Famous Restaurants. Been Living Here for Six Years Now and It has been wonderful.
Nice neighborhood, friendly with pets , and everything is nearby so u don’t have to travel far . I wish the gym was upgraded but besides that , no complains .
good experience, we're happy with our community. Good neighbors. Good leasing office team. we're happy in sugarloaf crossing. We recommend this Complex to our friends.
I've called Sugarloaf Crossing home for 6 years now. Most of my experiences have been positive. That's a big plus for apartment living. I'm hoping this trend remains.
My experience here has been great. I really enjoy how quiet it is in my area. I also like how they try to keep the property neat and clean. The office staff is very helpful.
Since moving into Sugarloaf Crossing Apartments in Lawrenceville, GA, in 2023, my experience has been truly wonderful. From the start, the leasing process was seamless, with the friendly and professional staff making me feel right at home. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and well-kept common areas that add to the peaceful ambiance. My apartment is both spacious and modern, with all the amenities I need for comfortable living. I particularly appreciate the quiet environment, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is another major plus—everything I need, from shopping to dining, is just a short drive away, making life incredibly convenient. Living at Sugarloaf Crossing has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home. It’s a community that truly cares about its residents, and it shows in every detail.
It's a really good complex with great staff. Maintenance requests are quickly and competently resolved. My only complaint is how much the rent for apartments and storage increase each year
There are dog stations around the apartment, but they do not have any poop bags and they have never been refilled with poop bags since I’ve been living here. Due to this, no one cleans up after their dogs and there is a stench of poop in the air and a lot of people in the neighborhood have their dogs off leash. Beer bottle caps and food on the ground surrounding the pool grass area.
Been here 2 years and i love the amenties, the staff, the cleaniness, the quiet community and overall community. Definitely would recommend to others!
Community is nice, front office staff helpful and responsive. Only thing is it seems hard to put in a maintenance request right now, but hopefully that will get better
So far so good. For the most part everyone cleans up after their pets, the community is clean, though I'm at basement level (terrace) there isn't much noise, outside is almost always quiet, plenty of room for parking but can get filled at times. I've been here maybe 4 months now. Maintenance is solid. I have no complaints so far and if anything but experience is only getting better with time tbh
Being a resident here is quite lovely .The staff is very accommodating. The only downfall living here would be when submitting a maintenance request ,it takes forever ,and by the time that the problem progressively gets worse .
Been living here officially for about 2 months; unofficially for a bit longer. Its a really great neighborhood, safe, nice amenities, management team is very responsive with maintenance service request. Would most definitely recommend!
Buen servicio seguridad confort repuestas inmediatas gente cordial Precios justos para el servicio ofrecido Muy conforme con la atención y el servicio obtenido hasta hora
Great place to stay with an incredible atmosphere. Plus an amazing pool and gym for everyone to use. It's like a mini getaway when I get home!
This is an amazing place to reside and we are honored to be a part of this community. The peace that we have experience thus far is more than we could have imagined and for that, we are grateful??
I feel safe, it's quiet here, I have peace of mind. Staff is very helpful. I've been here 6yrs now and I love it and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The neighbors here watch out for each other so we all get along and they even take in my amazon packages for me when I'm away. You can't get any better than this place!!!
Excelente lugar para vivir Todo los espacios son limpio y es muy seguro La atención del personal es buena y te atiende muy rapido le recomiendo sugarloaf crossing
You will like living here. Homes are upgraded. Amenities are nice. Close to shopping and food. Staff seems nice so far. I like it.
Although the staff presents themselves to be professional and somewhat concerned about you as a tenant, don't be fooled, it's about meeting a quota. The property manager, Joyce, is probably the worst at actually following through with tenant concerns and property issues. Not to mention you're billed for water, whether you're physically in the apartment or not. I know from personal experience. My lease wasn't up until September, and I gladly relocated at the end of May. The apartments are over-priced and there's the constant interruption of neighbors' conversations due to the walls being paper thin. There is no real privacy. The redeeming quality about this property, if there is one, are the individuals that work in maintenance. They're timely and efficient. Beware of renting from ANY property owned by Fogelman Management. They are only about the money. Tenant beware, and rent someplace else.
