The apartment complex is really nice and friendly overall. It is a bit hard to get a hold of maintenance and the leasing office when there is an issue. There’s been recently new management

Property well maintained. Pool is clean and well taken care of. Anytime there are issues with the gates to the community, the office resolves the issue quite quickly. Nice and quiet for the most part.

Management does not respond to emails in a timely fashion. There have been issues with apartments smelling like weed from inconsiderate neighbors smoking inside.

The complex is not like it was when I moved here in 2018. Since ownership changed it seems to be going downhill. The common areas aren't cared for like before. We are charged a monthly amenity fee, which should be be a part of the rent. The new company seems to care very little about the community and it's upkeep.

Sugarloaf Summit is a great place to live! I love our apartment. The complex is very pet friendly and the amenities are great. It is also very secure.
Very nice community excellent service and good apartment leasing staff is corporate and everything is near that apparent food, schools and highway shopping malls
Since moving in, the community has been so nice and people have been welcoming. I love walking around with my dog and seeing the neighbors walking too.
Great place. Shan is wonderful and makes the moving process easy. A couple communication hiccups in the beginning, but was quickly resolved and the whole staff is very polite.
Minor issues so far but it’s way better than my last apartment. I feel like I’m living in luxury compared. Everyone seems friendly and community manger is very responsive

Gated New apartment with new amenities like washer and dryer, breakfast nook, refrigerator, big living room, main bedroom is large, big closet, restroom ceramic, patio with a view, office has big space for relaxing and coffee for residents! Also have a swimming pool with grills if you ever want to grill burgers or hot dogs while dipping in the pool! The best apartment!:)

Nice view from apartment, above the pool. Pool cleaned on a regular basis and it’s a saltwater pool so you don’t smell like chlorine! Pretty landscape, always mowed and well taken care of.

Would not recommend anyone to waste their hard working money on living here. Cannot wait until my lease is up! Staff, don’t respond back to emails, maintenance team don’t know how to fix anything. Walls are thin. If your neighbor breathes loud you’ll hear them. Good luck, if they have kids or dogs!

I've been renting for a long time and have come across many companies but I haven't seen anything like this. Michelle was my agent and she exceeded my expectations by taking me as a walk-in, providing consistent communication, professionalism, and most of all, her humble and humility attitude. From seeing the actual unit, using Updater, move-in day, and the days afterward, I could not be any happier. Finally, get to settle and live comfortably as a long-term resident at my new place! A nice perk is that you can just walk across the street to the mall!

Very pleased with my stay here at Sugarloaf Summit for over a year. It's a quiet and safe community (many dogs bark but you get used to it as it's white noise). There was recently a change in Management six months ago and things have only improved. One perk that could be improved is the coffee machine in the Cafe, it is often empty or has a technical issue.

it started to go downhill but I feel like it might be changing for the better. the halls need to be cleaned regularly like they used to though. with trash being dragged nightly they look gross more often

Great community, quite, peaceful, great neighbors and minutes from the mall. Great experience so far. Maintenance work are done mostly within a day.

Its very good community all leasing office person and mentence person everyone is very cooperative I like that apparent near to everything mall ,bus stop,highway, good schools

Very nice apartment complex with friendly staff who are attentive and welcoming. There are some things that could use some TLC like the fence that backs up to the mall.

I have only been here for about four months, and might I say I absolutely love it here! I have no complaints so far ! I love how every month the leasing office puts an event on! One of my favorite parts!

Sugarloaf Summit is the perfect place for us! It is clean and the amenities make it a great and fun place to live. We love Sugarloaf Summit!
Building not clean like it was when I first move here also handicap parking never available. Maintenance do an excellent job maintaining the apartments.
The staff is friendly, the rent is a little high. The new management company does a better job of keeping the grounds clean. I do not like being forced to use the valet trash especially since they don't adhere to the pickup times. They're supposed to pickup starting at 8pm but they're at my building about 7:10.
This is a very clean complex. The staff is sweet and helpful, maintenance is quick and efficient. The complex is well kept and has a nice array of amenities.
Very pleased with my stay here at Sugarloaf Summit for the past year and will renew for at least another year. The community is quiet and most residents are very respectful during quiet hours especially. The staff has always been responsive and everything is most importantly clean. I understand that the back can get quite noisy, especially during busiest season for the Sugarloaf Mills Mall, but not overly obnoxious. Perhaps the biggest complaint is with the Valet Trash service by Trash Fairies - they are complete trash with inconsistent times of pickup, many times not picking up at all on schedule and I've gotten to the point to where I just take my garbage to the compactor along with recyclables excluding glass.
Sugarloaf Summit is really nice compared to most apartments in the area and is located in a convenient area. The amenities are nice as well and fits our lifestyle!

I’ve been living at this community for approximately 5 years. My time here so far has been a pleasant experience. The front office staff and the maintenance team have been great to work with. It’s my first time renting and if I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Sugarloaf Summit.
I have been living here for two months and I enjoy this community since the first day! It is a family friendly environment for children to walk and play around. The pool and BBQ are is a plus and always clean and available for residents. I highly recommend this place!
This is our 3rd year here and we absolutely love staying here. The community, managements and the apartments itself are great. The frequent get-togethers in community also lift up your`mood and you have so many people to celebrate the festivals.
