Marshall is a charming and secluded small city in southwestern Minnesota. Do not rent here. Infestation of roaches. They just don’t care. My apartment also had black mold in the utility room and floor was mushy water heater was about ready to go through the floor. Also toilet didn’t work the whole 6 months i was there. They said i had two so I didn’t need the one. And Rochester personal are very rude and don’t care. They make you break your lease by not fixing the issue so they end up making more money off you for breaking the contract. Please Don’t rent from them.
They will not tell you but there are roaches in their buildings, most AC units do not work properly. There are over 300 tenants and 1 maintenance worker. There have been five different property managers in the last 18 months. And the laundry takes coins but there are never coins in the machines and most of the washing machines flood. The entire living experience at Suite Liv'n was abysmal.
