Property Ratings at Sullivan Square
I never leave reviews but I am shocked by the positive reviews of this place. I lived there for 4 years and the first two were great with the old management. Now there are new front office people and management and they are awful. So unhelpful, rude and truly do not care about residents. I had countless maintenance issues that were slow to be addressed or were just never addressed yet they are quick to fine you if you leave your trash out a minute past 9 am. The whole complex looks dated and dirty and they don’t do anything to keep it updated. When I moved in i was told they would fix the ugly paint chipping all over my front door but new management won’t do it. Such an eye sore when I am paying for a “luxury” apartment! There are also vermin all over the complex including pigeons and roaches. Absolutely foul would not recommend to anyone. They also of course raise your rent year to be “in line with the market” yet my rent is more expensive than other units the same as mine. Wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy!

Nice location, and an excellent team. Always there to help you. The apartments are nice and in great condition. Well-designed kitchen and other rooms. The boundary and walking closet design are amazing.

The biggest feature of these apartments is the kind and timely staff. Maintenance requests are tended to within the day and they even have a nightly emergency line! Everyone in the front office and maintenance are very kind and will get what you need done. They adore pets and have an amazing swimming pool/hangout area. The inside is also gorgeous and neighbors are quiet and kind.

My husband and I have lived here for about a year and a half and since the new manger has been here communication with the front office has been great. Maintenance has always been top notch the whole time - I submit a ticket and have never had to wait longer than 2 business days! When you call in to the front office they actually answer you instead of going to a voicemail, they respond to emails right away and everyone is so friendly now! We are really enjoying it and are excited to renew for a 3rd time in a few months! Definitely give this community a chance while you’re shopping!

I would rate this as best apartment and affordable rates and spacious kitchen area. Maintenance requests are completed properly and done in time I will recommend this apartment to friends and family . Office staffs are friendly and professional

Sullivan Square has been wonderful to work with! When my husband and I were taken on a tour we were not rushed. We were given great insight into the community, and shown all around the complex. Our guide was not only helpful but cheerful, and easy to talk to. He lives there himself and made us feel like this was a place we could call home! As we have gone through the application process they have clearly communicated their expectations and all that we needed to do. They were helpful and accommodating, and we are excited to begin our journey here at Sullivan!

Sullivan Square has been a really great apartment. It's centrally located and you can walk to thaden field. The staff are friendly and the apartments are super cozy! You won't find a better apartment at such an economical price point!

Great location! Super close to downtown Bentonville where there are lots of shops and food. Also love the space of the apartment and the hardwood floors. We have had such a great experience with the staff and maintenance for all of our needs!

While living there, I would say these apartments were okay at best. There was a transition in management and the new management made us pay for a garbage disposal business and took away some amenities which was unfortunate. The move out expectations were very high and we ended up losing our deposit and being charged more even more which was a bummer.

The customer service at the management office from Sullivan Square apartments was extremely poor. One of the staff ladies called Amy, was rude, she let me outside waiting while she was talking on the phone (more than 25 min 30 degrees Celsius). When she finally let me into the management office, she told me she would not give me the tour because according to her system it was schedule for Monday, did not even let me show her my confirmation email and when I asked her to please wear a facemask, she got annoyed and asked me to leave. After all this I will not even consider moving in. According to Arkansas law, she and any employee should wear a facemask in all indoor environments, this is a PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE also there's no point for me waiting outside for so long if when I finally come in the staff will not be willing to wear a facemask and follow their own rules. It was already very disrespectful for her to not give me the tour and recognize she didn’t book it properly, but even worst the fact that she will get annoyed because I asked her to wear a facemask. Such a poor behavior.

First I would like to thank the office staff for being so helpful and friendly. Amy, Marshall and Shane all jumped to help me with all of my questions during my big move. I have lived here a couple of months now and everyone I stop and talk with in the community are so nice. I actually like all of my neighbors. That's a big plus for me. And as for my apartment it is perfect for me. And I mean perfect. I'm so happy with my choice to live at The Sully!

I have got a single bedroom apartment on the first floor and just outside my bedroom there are a couple of a/c compressors. I was assured by the person showing me the property before moving in that the compressors aren't noisy . After I moved in one of the compressor started making heaving noise and inspite of multiple requests they claim that the compressor is working fine. The compressor runs even during the winters , when the temperatures are close to freezing ! making my sleep uncomfortable. Even if the compressors are working as intended they either of poor quality or the construction is poor which is leading to heavy noise ingress into my bedroom. If you have to move into these apartments please avoid moving into the first floor apartments as you might be stuck with an a/c compressor outside your bedroom
This is a stunning apartment complex!! Definitley one of the prettiest interiors in an apartment I have ever seen. The kitchens in this place are insanely nice, and the amount of space & quality you get for the price is almost unheard of!
