We had an emergency with our water heater this weekend and John came right away to fix the problem he was great while leaving he noticed a trashbag by the door and asked if I wanted him to take it out for me I told him no it's actually a bag of clothes for donation just the thought made my day...thank you for your service John

I moved in with my boyfriend and his roommate back in may and I did enjoy living here but they never fixed our fridge that was falling apart and it has a spider problem. We moved out in the end of September and just now today found out that because we didn't give a written notice of 60 days we owe two months rent rent for October and November. we were also told when we were moving out at that we had till the end of they day on the first but why if we still had to pay rent for the month and the next They didn't call or email us we found out when we went to pick up mail that got delivered there and they black haired lady was very snotty. we went back with our old roommate to talk to the lady and she said that our lease ended in October not September when we were under the impression it ended it September and that she took turning in the keys as notice and me and my boyfriend asked why when we came three months prior to talk about staying and that we would have to leave she didn't tell us or remind us she very snootily replied that wasn't her job its was in our contract and she wasn't going to argue and that she could get it to read to us. she said that the property manger Megan had contacted the roommate but had not tried contacting me or my boyfriend and when mentioned that was ignored. She was just very snotty and snarky and we were good tenants that paid on time and had no issues even though we were paying over $1000 for an outdated apartment with a sucky fridge they wouldn't fix.

Staff was friendly and helpful as they began to help with my beginning of my moving process. These apartments are close to many things! The apartments are spacious and parking seems plentiful.

I have lived in the Summer Creek Apartments for 14 years. My apartment has large rooms with a patio. The apartment complex has a very attentive office and maintenance staff. I am able to maintain my fitness in the newly renovated exercise room which overlooks the seasonal outdoor swimming pool. I am able to do my grocery shopping and renew my prescriptions at the Kroger's which is located in a near by shopping center. I also have my clothing cleaned in the cleaners which is located in the same shopping center. My nurse practitioner is located directly across the street from Kroger's. My grandsons attended schools which are located nearby.

I am a multi-year resident of Summer Creek Apartments. Environment: Clean, quiet and safe apartment complex located very conveniently close to shopping, grocery, restaurants, etc - 4 Stars. Amenities: Well maintained open spaces & swimming Pool. Apartments were adequately equipped and recently came to know to no washer & dryer for new tenants (bummer!); I guess due to recent cost cutting measures. 2.5 Stars Leasing Office Folks: Pauli & Deborah are very welcoming, friendly, cooperative and helpful. Empathize with your issues and work hard to resolve them. 4.5 stars Maintenance Staff: Very prompt, professional, friendly, understanding and helpful. 4.5 Stars

I moved to Tennessee from California about a year ago and was looking for a nice place to live. I found the Summer Creek Apartments in LaVergne and I really like it here. Management responds pretty quickly to service requests. The grounds are kept very clean. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood right off of Murfreesboro road. i would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is look for a place to rent. This complex is convenient to shopping both in LaVergne, and is only minutes away from Smyrna.

I have lived here for two years. The staff is nice and it is a very clean community. It's extremely conveniently located; Kroger across the street, planet fitness less than a mile away and tons of food places with in walking distance. I love my apartment and the rent is fair. Good roomy kitchen. Maintenance is often very slow at responding and sometimes the problem isn't even really fixed but rather just kind of rigged to work for now. Also, if you're looking for an apartment with a gym this is not the place for you. Majority of the equipment is broken and the weights only go up 25 pounds. Other than that I quite like living here and will more than likely renew my lease for a third year.

1 year down and hopefully many more to come. I love my apartment. The amenities, staff and community are a perfect plus. I have lived in quite a few complexes since moving to Tennessee 12 years ago but this is finally the peace and comfort I've been looking for.
