Nice community
Beware of negative reviews, probably irate residents with outstanding personal issues. Management is professional and urgent. Maintenance is on point! Neighborhood watch to ensure warmth and safety. This is a safe place, children play freely on property. Lovely landscape and well kept!

SUMMER PARK APARTMENTS
I rate our apartment a 5. They are very well taken care of,the complex is very,very clean and the grounds are well taken care of.The Office Workers are very friendly and very helpful.The maintenance men are on their job when there is something wrong with your apartment,it is taken care of right away.I would highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone. THANK YOU,JOANN PEREZ
