Poor Management, most of all very rude the apartments are renovated but poor material

Amazing apartment close to downtown
Very Clean, safe and spacious apartment close to downtown where i work.

Great location and value!
Summer rose apartments was sold a while back and the new owners renovated everything. They are Beautiful!! Super nice inside and out... a little on the modern side, but cozy too. The prices are still a great value. This is the best kept secret in town!!
