The one bedroom apartment has a very spacious bedroom and living room area. Very comfortable living. Maintenance fixes things right and is prompt with any repairs. The salt water swimming pool is a big hit in the summer and I have been able to meet a lot of residents in the community

Love my place! Great size and layout concept. A lot of small features added to the apartment that make it unique like the light up mirrors. Staff and maintenance are always pleasant. Do not hear any neighboring noise. Really like the amenities onsite!
One of the greatest apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Close to everything you need but still has a quiet atmosphere. The green concept of the complex makes it even more outstanding! The solar panels really do help decrease expenses in the apartment unit. Neighbors are friendly. Management is friendly and they are always available to help answer any questions. Maintenance is quick and reliable. Amenities are always kept clean. Really have enjoyed my time living here!
SummerBridge is just an overall tremendous apartment complex! The amenities are the best I have seen in the Carlisle area. The dog park is a great size and the walking trails are even better for my dogs and meeting neighbors! My apartment is spacious and I love my detached garage!

Not sure what the complainer below is talking about honestly! The lease states all of the rules, they do not fine residents! Friendly reminders are sent out whenever someone is breaking the rules. Always friendly about situations! Colby goes above and beyond for the residents and the maintenance crew is amazing! Sounds like someone didn’t like the rules. Amazing property!!!

I could not be happier with my apartment! I love the green concept of the community with the solar panels. These apartments are extremely cost efficient and I could not be more excited about the amount of money I have been saving on my electric bill each month. The staff is beyond helpful and very friendly. I could not have chosen a better apartment complex. If you are looking into renting an apartment I would highly recommend this apartment complex!
These apartments are hands down the best in the area and the even better news is they are affordable. The buildings look great and the actual inside of the apartments are tremendous. Tile floors, granite tops, frameless shower doors, barn doors and many other cool features I've never seen. Did I also mention they have solar. That's right every tenant has their own solar systemt that helps them save money on their utilities. How cool! I would definitely recommend SummerBridge at RockLedge!!
