I moved in August of 2024 and my dishwasher was broken from day 1. I filed the maintenance report and was constantly told they would fix it tomorrow but that never happened. Finally on January 3,2025 when I asked if I could break my lease did they fix the issue. ZERO concern for tenants. They are almost impossible to get on the phone.

I do not recommend this apartment complex because the staff has gotten lazier since the complex was sold to BH in 2023. I have had several occasions when management failed to communicate with me and fix the problem. While my AC broke, a maintenance employee explained to me that the apartment was hot because of āheat riseā and left as if that made it okay to live in a one-bedroom that was 90 degrees. Only after I called the corporate office did they send a second maintenance employee who noticed the air was broken and fixed it.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! currently staying in the Hoover, Alabama property called Summerchase at Riverchase. Ive had an HVAC and Electrical ongoing issue upon staying hear 3 years. Now while summer is here, me and my children are sitting in the home with thermostat is showing 84 degrees. Ive had to sit them in my car to cool them. Why should I also pay rent for a management that cant manage. Ive had to buy food out to be able to feed my family because its so warm inside the home. Ive reached out to Tribridge Residential, LLC. and have not heard anything. The managment at Summerchase has not been helpful at all. The HVAC Tech is not able to do the job. He stated he needs help to install a new unit because hes the only one staffed hes not able to do it alone. The portable AC will not work in my unit due to electrical outages that have not been fixed. Not considerate of the fact my children and I are suffering from this heat. PLEASE AVOID any of their properties as they will not have staff to accommodate you in living comfortably. If management has a resolution please respond with a phone number or email to call.
Do not move here I put in a maintenance request Monday morning about a hair sized crack in our bathtub(5/11/2020). I do not expect at all for a bathtub to be replaced in a day but the crack turned into a hole 3 days later. In this 3 day span we did not hear from anyone from the complex. Someone finally reached out to me today(5/14/2020) telling me the new tub will be installed tomorrow. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and if we had known a new tub was ordered already we would have an easier time making plans to shower elsewhere. To top it all off the phone number on the corporate page for the Atlanta office doesn't work at all. To give some context to my frustration, 2 months ago in March we needed our toilet fixed. The maintenance guy dropped the toilet tank and shattered it into about 4 pieces and left the unit without saying anything. We didn't have a toilet for 3 days. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived and would consider a refrigerator box before ever living here again. I know that times are weird, but it is the responsibility of the staff here to make sure we are comfortable in our living space with basic needs met such as a functioning shower.
I am going into my 2nd year of living here and I absolutely LOVE it! Office staff is very sweet and super helpful and the maintenance team is always very prompt and kind. I donāt have a single complaint! They have no pet limits or breed restrictions and itās a very quiet area. The apartments are at the end of a dead end road so thereās not a heavy flow of traffic. I have 2 neighbors that live above me and have never had any issues with noises. All in all, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone!
When we moved in 2 years ago, we absolutely loved it. However, it has steadily declined since then. New management, dumb rules they try (and fail) to enforce, dogs barking all night that management says they have no control over, out of control landscaping, exterior of buildings dirty. The maintenance people are great but managment is a real issue.
I have lived here for 9 months now and absolutely love it. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone is so friendly! The staff is very nice and efficient in getting things done. I've had a few minor issues at the apartment, and they were all quickly taken care of without any hassle. This apartment has very easy access to I-65 and surrounding shopping/restaurants. They're very pet friendly, too! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the Hoover area
I have lived at the Summerchase at Riverchase apartments for almost a year now and for the most part, I have enjoyed my time here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The Office staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't had any major issues with the apartment so I haven't had occasion to deal with the maintenance staff. Plenty of Parking and the scenery is nice. Limbs falling can be an issue in the parking lots from time to time. I have seen limbs fall on a couple cars. I usually just try not to park under any trees. The biggest issue I have had with this apartment is that the fire alarm goes off anytime I cook anything! It is hardwired so I can't just turn it off. I'm sure there are ways to fix this, but it doesn't bother me that much. If you are looking to live in Hoover, don't glance over his place. It is worth a look.
