Summercrest Burleson Apartments

The office has been great to work with. We just have trouble with maintenance getting back to us about our needed repairs. Some residents do not pickup after their dogs.

Although I’ve only been living here for three months, my experience has been very pleasant. I gave five stars because every time I’ve gone to the office, I was treated kindly, and the atmosphere is very friendly.

It's pretty quiet around here and there doesn't seem to be too much mischief going on. Maintenance is very responsive whenever they are needed which is good. The grounds are kept nice and clean as well.

I love living here, the view is beautiful and it's quiet. I love my apartment, it's spacious and has everything I need plus the built-in desk is great. The big bedroom window, and large bathroom with the walk-in closet, I am so happy.

Very good Community friendly staff. The property is well kept. There is limited play areas for children. Fitness area is well lit and equipment maintained. Overall quiet environment .

Our residential experience has been great. The office team continues to do a great job of helping us out with any questions we have and our neighbors are amazing

Nothing but good things to say about Summercrest Apartments. The community is nice , we moved here because it was ducked off not very many people knew about them . More people have moved in but there are not as many issues as I’ve seen at other apartments. And this new gate system just used the score. Now if we can just get people to stop littering in breezeways and parking lot and pick up after their pets including the kids who walk the animals.

Great community my family and I have been here for two months and find that the community was welcoming and kind would recommend Summercrest

We really enjoy living here close to family and lots of fun activities and restaurants. There's so much to do and this apartment suits us perfectly!

I like the amenities although I don't use the gym very often it is quite adequate for doing a great workout. The pool area is well maintained as well as Zach rocks at trying to keep everything maintained in good order The other maintenance people are also on top of things as well.

Channing amazing and always very helpful. The whole staff is awsome. I love living here and will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live! Always clean and well kept. Thank you Summercrest for your service.

Great staff and very helpful during the move in. Very friendly neighbors who treat you respect and enjoy getting to know you a little. The apartment feels like a home and the maintenance team is top tier! Quick and will fix any problems you have.

Very nice ladies in the office. I like some of the amenities like the rewards program. There's only been a few small issues but other than that the community is good.

It's been great so far. We moved in June 2024 and have no complaints. The staff and neighbors are kind and helpful. The grounds stay clean. Any issue is dealt with swiftly.

Went above and beyond to help me. They answered any questions I had immediately without delay. They were understanding and so kind through the whole process.

Some people could be a little more respectful cleaning up trash and picking up dog poo but overall it's very good. Office staff is always attentive and maintenance is very capable and quick.

I have enjoyed being a resident at Summercrest. I admit it started out a little rocky but so far it has been good. I really appreciate if I have a maintenance issue how prompt maintenance fixes the problem, I also appreciate the quietness in my building.

Professional management and maintenance staff. Nice property, well maintained. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities etc.. Options for detached garages. Just south of Fort Worth. If you're looking for an apartment must check out this place!

Everyone here is so nice and helpful, and the apartments stay clean and quiet. I haven’t had any problems and front office staff is amazing.

Nice community grounds are well kept. No areas for kids to play. There is a Dog Park. Friendly neighborhood and Staff. Maintenance responds quickly.

It has been amazing! We have lived here for just over a year, it is a very quiet and clean community. It’s in a good area with lots to do around you!

Renewed my lease. I love that it is very quiet at night, the property is always maintained, and and how the maintenance staff is always prompt with the requests.

The staff us attentive to your needs and requests. Maintenance is really on the ball. Only real complaint is pool closed on Monday when I thinknit would be better to have it closed on tuesday.

The staff is usually helpful when I need them but I need to get our garage door to work It hasn’t work for for months now. The hot tub has never worked properly. Thanks

The office staff has been wonderful. We have a neighbor that smokes on his porch and the smoke can be a little much sometimes. We love our apartment.

Recurring mold issue in my bathroom ceiling, I’ve had it looked several times keeps coming back , people smoking weed by the pool , steps that lead up to my apartment on the opposite end needs a serious power wash

Parking is the biggest opportunity, staff is always helpful with a strong sense of urgency. Very clean environment . Staff do no go in residence unless necessary and that is limited to things that must be done.

Been enjoying my stay. Very quiet (my building) and peaceful. Nice pool area, nice staff, reliable maintenance, and the soda machine is so convenient (sprite lover). Lol

There has been a lot of dog poop that has not been picked up by the dog owners. Overall, the experience working with the front office has been phenomenal.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago. The application process was smooth and easy. Brook was efficient and very communicative with all updates. The move in process was smooth and the stay has been great so far. Very quiet community.
