This community is absolutely stunning! I suggest to anyone trying to move! I just move recently and I am absolutely in love with everything about it!

We love the area, space around the property and the view! The stuff is welcoming and responsive. It would be nice to plant some more grass around our property . It would make the area look and feel cleaner during the spring and summer.

Living in our townhome rental community has been an overall positive experience. The neighborhood is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests.

I just moved in but so far I am loving it here. The home is great, the people are great, the staff is great and the amenities are great. My daughter and dog love it too!

Summer Hill is amazing! Our family is enjoying living here! The location is perfect we are close to everything we need. The schools are also amazing! We don’t regret moving here!

Great place for a community feel. Everything is new and the area is beautiful. A good place for new young families to start with or without kids. I love coming home here.

Relatively smooth, Montana was fantastic, very helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue. Wish there was more garages, we are on a waiting list for one.

Love it in my community! While I haven’t been able to make all the events because they’re a little early in the day and I work, I love that something is always going on to make the community feel closer

Everything about Summerhill is perfection. A good, clean, new build townhome with modern features and incredible amenities. Jason the maintenence manager checked on us both on moving day and a few days later to make sure all was okay and Montana in the Management office made our move seamless. Highly recommended Summerhill to anyone looking fir a great new place to call home.

Summerhill is a brand new rental community we move into recently. Everything here is planned perfectly and makes life very easy and comfortable. The club house is an amazing bonus for our family.

Well looked after and well maintained residential areas. The staff are are very help full with all our issues, they take the time to listen and advise.

I love living here! It is a great place with super friendly people. Love the clubhouse. I wish we had more things to do at night, after work instead of things at 4pm!

There were obstacles to moving in but all issues were handled with grace and resolved in a timely manner. I am not a fan of the grass being mowed at 8am but it is necessary for maintaining the upkeep of the neighborhood which is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. There are multiple engagement events for residents which is great. Overall, this is a beautiful, diverse, community managed by the beautiful women in the leasing office and attentive maintenance crew. I’ve lived in Manhattan luxury communities yet Summerhill is, by far, my favorite, so far.

Summerhill has been one of the best decision and experience in a long time. I have no doubt my family will transition and adapt to all the luxuries and conviencesces offered. The website , reviews and staff acknowledgment are not false advertising, it's real. I'm not easily persuaded, and the this place sold itself with professional support from the cohesive staff.

This is my second Bozzuto property that I have lived in and my experience with this management company has been wonderful. The staff are warm and welcoming and the communities are amazing.

We just got our keys a couple days ago but the process has been great. Moving in this week and looking forward to getting familiar with the community and settling in.

Great community with new amenities. Great neighborhood, close to groceries and other shops. One bedroom floors pace is larger than nearby rental communities.

The townhomes have a comfortable layout, floor in the first floor which is great. The kitchen is renovated with new appliances, Vanity in both bathrooms and the balcony is the master bed is a plus. Quit, family friendly and lots of parking.

Best place to live! The community is so awesome from the pool to the gym and club house! I would recommend Summerhill to everyone. The atmosphere and staff and so friendly!

This was the easiest process to moving to a new community that I've ever experienced. The staff knew so much about the community and made me aware of all the luxurious benefits that the community has for its tenants. They were very patient with me and very understanding of my personal needs and wants. They showed kindness and patients to my son as he acted on my behalf. I'm sure that I'll be in a warm, safe, supportive, and loving community of great people and families.

Generally all goes well. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, the location is great, and the community is really nice. The townhouses themselves are really nice except for the carpets being super cheap and hard to keep clean. Rent is a little expensive, but the ev charging stations are a complete rip-off, costing twice as much as standard for a level 2 charger.

Summerhill has been a great experience since the beginning. From touring to working through which townhome works best with us, the office has been there every step of the way.

Wonderful place to live, nice amenities, no crime or mischief going on. The staff is great. The maintenance is excellent and fast. They have lots of community events held regularly.

Absolutely love the walkability of the community. Eagerly awaiting warmer weather and the pool. Also the kids related events and activities are a huge bonus as well as 3 playgrounds within walking distance….yes THREE!

I have only been at Summerhill for the weekend and I have loved every bit of it! I live in the 1 bedroom flat. The amenities are great! The staff in the leasing office is amazing! I have moved around a bit and this is by far one of the nicest places I have lived- and the best part is that it’s not breaking the bank! My boyfriend and I are so happy to be living at Summerhill. Its proximity in the area is one of my favorite parts. Short commute to work and very close to the new Wawa and grocery stores.

We are delighted with everything that has to do with the community, the best decision was moving to Summerhill!! The best of Exton. PA 100% recommended
