Been here for almost four months now. Have no complains and/or issues. The trails in this area are a great addition to the greatness for this place.

You are all doing amazing! This community is perfect! I couldn’t be happier in my home! Keep up the amazing work to all of you! I’m excited to see what you guys accomplish to continue to make this community beautiful

We truly love living here, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The look of the community is cheerful, modern and well maintained. The Summerhill Team are friendly, professional and always go beyond helpful when assisting us.

We have been here for 8 mos and everyone from Office Management to Maintenance has been great. Love the amenities in the Cubhouse and the pool in the summer.

The leasing team is fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They make the leasing process smooth and stress-free. The apartments are well-maintained, with modern features and a comfortable layout. Everything is kept in great condition, from the interiors to the landscaping. The amenities are also a major highlight. Whether it’s the pool, fitness center, or communal spaces, everything is well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, this community offers excellent service, beautiful apartments, and top-notch amenities!

Everyone is so kind and very helpful. I like that they are available to answer questions or handle concerns through multiple channels. We had a small maintenance issue on a Sunday evening, put in a request online to have someone come look at it, I thought it would take days to have it fixed but it was done that Monday before noon. I was surprised when I received the email that said the job was complete. It actually made my day.

Summer Hill has been nothing less than amazing! Jennifer has been amazing at being there and helping my fiance and I as we adjust to this new life of moving out of our childhood homes and being on our own!

Solid community. Lot of nice amenities. Moving in was relatively easy. Really hope it is not too much to re-up at the end of our contract but so far no complaints.

While we’ve had some issues that are from quick construction (typical new building construction), the maintenance team has been great responding quickly to any requests we’ve put in and are very accommodating

So far it is a great place to be. The maintaince team is always there in time and the problem id taken care of. The staff is alway friendly and great to assist you as needed.

Summerhill is a great community to live in and the staff here are excellent and willing to help whenever needed. The amenities are fantastic and there isn’t a better location to live in in Exton!

Great community! Good access to the city of Philadelphia and the northeast for a getaway to New York City or down to the Nation's capital, Washington DC

Overall, this is a beautiful and well maintained community that I really want to love but there are issues. We are living in tough times with rent and grocery inflation, and it’s always helpful to have office staff who are courteous and understanding. I don’t feel like the staff here is. Krista takes a “don’t take your personal situation out on me” approach to property management and is quick to evict residents if they don’t make one full rent payment. They will charge you a late fee and still initiate landlord tenant complaints in court, charging you all of their lawyers fees. We’re not talking thousands of dollars and months behind, we’re talking a couple of hundred dollars unpaid from one month means they will try to evict you. So if you have a family with young children, keep this in mind before moving here. The unexpected happens to everyone and no one needs the stress of eviction for being a little behind in rent, when you have kids who need to remain in their school district.

Just moved in, this development has been my dream!! I was lucky and moved in the 23 of December, Christmas Eve we spent at the beautiful clubhouse! Christmas Dinner I got to grill on very clean grills steps away from my home!

This community is absolutely stunning! I suggest to anyone trying to move! I just move recently and I am absolutely in love with everything about it!

We love the area, space around the property and the view! The stuff is welcoming and responsive. It would be nice to plant some more grass around our property . It would make the area look and feel cleaner during the spring and summer.

Living in our townhome rental community has been an overall positive experience. The neighborhood is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests.

Great place for a community feel. Everything is new and the area is beautiful. A good place for new young families to start with or without kids. I love coming home here.

Relatively smooth, Montana was fantastic, very helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue. Wish there was more garages, we are on a waiting list for one.

Everything about Summerhill is perfection. A good, clean, new build townhome with modern features and incredible amenities. Jason the maintenence manager checked on us both on moving day and a few days later to make sure all was okay and Montana in the Management office made our move seamless. Highly recommended Summerhill to anyone looking fir a great new place to call home.

Summerhill is a brand new rental community we move into recently. Everything here is planned perfectly and makes life very easy and comfortable. The club house is an amazing bonus for our family.

There were obstacles to moving in but all issues were handled with grace and resolved in a timely manner. I am not a fan of the grass being mowed at 8am but it is necessary for maintaining the upkeep of the neighborhood which is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. There are multiple engagement events for residents which is great. Overall, this is a beautiful, diverse, community managed by the beautiful women in the leasing office and attentive maintenance crew. I’ve lived in Manhattan luxury communities yet Summerhill is, by far, my favorite, so far.

Summerhill has been one of the best decision and experience in a long time. I have no doubt my family will transition and adapt to all the luxuries and conviencesces offered. The website , reviews and staff acknowledgment are not false advertising, it's real. I'm not easily persuaded, and the this place sold itself with professional support from the cohesive staff.

This is my second Bozzuto property that I have lived in and my experience with this management company has been wonderful. The staff are warm and welcoming and the communities are amazing.

We just got our keys a couple days ago but the process has been great. Moving in this week and looking forward to getting familiar with the community and settling in.

Great community with new amenities. Great neighborhood, close to groceries and other shops. One bedroom floors pace is larger than nearby rental communities.

The townhomes have a comfortable layout, floor in the first floor which is great. The kitchen is renovated with new appliances, Vanity in both bathrooms and the balcony is the master bed is a plus. Quit, family friendly and lots of parking.
