Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at Summers Landing
Every building has major cracks in the interior and exterior walls. A/C units are all original and not efficient, we've lived here for 4 months and the A/C has broken 3 times already. Hot water has gone out 2 times in four months. Doors and windows do not close and seal properly because the foundation is so bad. BEST part was they evicted us after 4 months of being there with a 30 day notice to move out because they are wanting to repair the apartment. They should do the repairs on their units before they sign leases with their tenants. This has been going on for years and has happened to many tenants.
The staff was awesome. My leasing Agent Christina was very friendly and helpful and kept me in tune with my application process!
I have lived here for almost a year. Summers Landing is a great place to live. Staff is always friendly. Any maintenance issues always taken care of quickly. one word AWESOME! Sincerely, Denise R.
Summers Landing is a great place to live. Staff is AWESOME!
This place has awesome maintenance staff! They always respond the same day and have quickly take care of any issues for me. Top notch!
Love these apartments! Customer service from the office and maintenance is always great !!!
Loved my time at Summers Landing Apartments and all staff is extremely friendly. If I had any maintenance concerns Carlos always completed. Highly recommend living here. I am only moving because I bought a home. Thanks Denise R
The maintenance at Summers Landing is always fast, friendly, and efficient. Best I have ever seen at an apartment complex.
Staff are friendly and efficient. It is a safe and pleasant place to live
The area is great but communication is not the best -although when it does happen, they are very helpful, but it is difficult to get ahold of anyone.
So far so good. Very friendly office workers and property managers. Nice and quiet complex cant wait to see what the future holds living here.
Our apartment is the perfect size for my husband & me! From the very beginning, we've felt very comfortable! The location is great for work.
I love living here. Office staff is always great and so is maintenance
We lived in these apartments for 3 years and enjoyed our time there until about 6 months ago. What used to be a quiet, relatively clean community went downhill fast after BH Management took over. There were multiple renters who left their dogs on their patios (in the heat no less) to bark ceaselessly for up to hours. Of course these residents were usually smart enough to only let the dogs out when the office is closed, either extremely early or in the late afternoon. Alerting the staff is useless, they told us to call the police. The complete shirking of any responsibility on BH Management’s part was a consist problem. The staff sent up to multiple e-mails every day to keep residents informed on what’s broken and what will be closed indefinitely. E-mails regarding improvements being made were few and far between. They also sent out overdue bills to every resident in the complex regarding ONE resident’s late rent. It had many of my neighbors in a panic, myself included. They forced us to switch to online payments with processing fees in lieu of money orders; we had issues accessing our account several times. We were also forced to pay for valet trash, which they won’t even pick up half the time because it’s “too heavy.” A couple pros: The rent is reasonable. Finding a parking spot is rarely a problem. The maintenance staff work hard and fast (while the office staff is another matter entirely). It was usually pretty quiet aside from the dogs and the many residents who love to slam doors. The only time I heard neighbors through the walls was when a cabinet was banged shut or maintenance was working on something. This complex is definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.” It has its redeeming qualities, but whether or not you find them to be worth your money is up for debate.
I currently reside in the Summers Landing apartments and I absolutely love them! The office staff is wonderful and friendly; which is important to me, the grounds are tidy, and the apartments are nice. I'll actually be renewing my lease again here: which will make it 3 years that I've been here, because I'm that happy here. I I've lived in other apartments in the past and NEVER renewed my lease. I also love the fact that it's a small community, they don't charge for parking and they don't charge for trash pick up, as most apartments are doing nowadays. Additionally, I feel safe in the neighborhood, I've never had any problems with y neighbors, the apartments host events, not many kids live in the apartments & the apartments are right in the middle of everything! And not to forget, the new upgrades with the pretty backsplash in the kitchens are to die for! The only cons are that you can hear planes, as the apartments are near the airport, but I'll eventually get used to it, these apartments are definitely a gem and I don't see myself moving until I get a house.
