Wouldn’t recommend.
There was no place to plug my car in in the winter. One day the door handle to the building literally fell off, and the other door my key wasn’t working in so I literally stayed at my mom and dads. They turned the water off every month sometimes more. And they wouldn’t tell you tell after they tuned it off there were times I was already in the middle of cooking. Also they turned it off once while I was in the shower. Mid shower no warning. I lived with my mom and dad my whole life. We never had a bug issue we were a very clean house. When I moved in I got a new bed. And shortly after I had bed bugs. They were from the person who was there before and they were in the carpet. How do I know you may ask. Because I called my own exterminator. And he told me. Also I called someone to clean the carpets paid my own money and he said there was no way the carpets were cleaned before I moved in. Also there was a cockroach dead in the kitchen the day I moved in and was cleaning behind the stove. One day my bathroom sink broke and was leaking I called and told them that I was in emergency nobody came it was leaking so bad I had to miss work for two days to be at the sink with towels every hour changing it out I had to set an alarm every hour at night to change out the towel wrapped around the sink and nobody came for two days. The first bath I ever took in that house was a disaster because when I took a bath apparently the drain stopper didn’t work I don’t really understand what happened but essentially all the water leaked from my bathtub into the apartment below me and then as I was getting out of the tub still naked by the way a guy knocks on my door I say hold on and he opens a door with a towel wrapped around me what happened to the person below me wasn’t my fault and he said that a piece of the tub was broken I had just moved it and that’s not my fault. Also when I moved out I told him I wasn’t gonna pay to have my carpets cleaned because they weren’t cleaned for me and I had to pay for it already and they took it out of my deposit check anyway so they sent me a new check with it taken out anyway even though they didn’t clean the carpets for me. I was only late on my rent one time and they charge me a double late fee one time I was late and I talk to somebody and ask them to help me out.
