Not a nice place to live!
I am friends with several residents in this property who are refugees. Management is impossible to get a hold of. The pool is not cared for, the laundry room is used as storage - not available to tenants. Their maintenance company has very kind phone representatives, but no one ever comes to fix anything. Many apts. do not have functional air conditioning. I have personally witnessed cockroaches crawling up the side of a kitchen cabinet. Some roofs are covered with tarps, the wood posts that frame the balconies are rotting in some places. Overall, it looks and feels like a dump! Shame on the owners and management for taking advantage of people who can't afford a better place!

Horrible place to live!!!
If you enjoy the company of rats roaches and bedbugs with trash all over the place. Poor plumbing frequent visits from code enforcement this place is for you!
