The Summertree waitlists are closed, and we are no longer accepting applications effective 11/1/2023. We are fully leased and preleased. When a unit comes available, we contact the next person on the waitlist to fill the unit. If you previously got on a waitlist the past 12 months, you are still on it and nothing else needs to be done at this time. Per waitlist policy we do not disclose positions or numbers of applicants on the waitlist. We are still working on applicants that got on our lists last year so we will not be opening the lists anytime soon.
