Summerwood on Towne Line Apartments

These Apartments are amazing! Close to restaurants, shopping, and Bars, grocery stores. The staff is about pleasing their residents, gated community, awesome maintenance staff.

I’ve been here for 2 months now and I love it my neighbors are nice. Maintenance come in good time overall a great experience so far I would encourage others to come move here

Living at Summerwood Apartments has been a delightful experience, marked by a sense of community and comfort. The spacious layouts of the apartments offer a cozy retreat, while the friendly neighbors foster a welcoming environment. Amenities like the pool and fitness center provide opportunities for relaxation and socializing, making Summerwood a wonderful place to call home.

Overall, pretty good. Maintenance could be a little better though. Also, it would be nice for someone to enforce a strict “no smoking weed” rule.

i’ve been here four years now and I truly love my apartment. It has everything that I asked for. and some of the things that I did not ask for which is the increase in monthly rent at yearly renewal time. I truly appreciate the office staff here.

I have been a renter for quite a long time, at this point in my life, I’m glad things have turned out for the better. Cutting yards, buying new appliances is just not my thing. Summerwood has been the best place! Never had a problem with the office staff, maintenance, or neighbors. It’s one-of-kind.

I like the summerwood staff they are very pleasant in greeting everyone and also supportive to your needs during your time there, the staff works as a great team.

The Community is a overall nice place with very nice an friendly staff and Residence hopefully we can resolve the issue with the trash being left at the entrance of the walkway or under the stairs

I don't even know where to start. This property will make your life hell. The garbage is piled up outside the dumpster, you are forced to pay for "Valet Trash Service" however your trash is never picked up, you will be charged "Lease Violation Fees" with no explanation or appeal, and they will decide they don't want you here, so will block your access to the payment system, charge you late and legal fees, then file for eviction due to Non-payment. Do yourself a favor, don't live here.

Just moved here so far I love my new apartment. I do not have anything bad to say other than the loud music coming from outside I throughly enjoy my apartment.

I love it here. I haven’t had any issues. The staff is respectful, friendly, and professional. They get things done correctly and within a timely manner.

When I put in a maintenance call, they responded within hours. They installed new lighting in the parking lot, painted the garages. The grounds look very nice.

so far good, peaceful, clean. There are great perks, animals excepted with area for dogs, good neighborhood for kids, private entrance and gate with code.

Staff has been extremely helpful throughout the application process. The community is beautiful and neatly kept. Staff are really nice and professional.

Everything so far has been good for us here. The apartment managers seem to care about what’s going on as a whole to make this a good community to live in. Maintenance could be better though.

The apartments overall are pretty good, neighborhood feels safe. There's some things that could improve though, for example making a whole sidewalk rather than the half ahh sidewalk and then also fixing the gate in the community.

Staff is very nice. Had some maintenance issue and they came the next to fix. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would totally recommend.

Hallways aren’t kept cleaned but units are spacious and beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and responds promptly when notified of any issues

I really appreciate the updated signage at the entrance of the property. The flower team that maintains the beautiful roundabout garden in front of the office adds so much value to the property, making it stand out from other apartments on Township Line Road, especially during the summer.

I have been a resident of Summerwood since 2021 and I have seen a lot of improvements. I love the new parking lot lights. I love that they have the parking lot hose filled up. I love the swimming pool that’s been open for a couple years. The laundry room is always neat and clean. The gym is always neat and clean, the apartment employees at the office are very professional, and the maintenance men respond to your request in a timely manner . They have cleaned up the dumpster area and not allow people to dump trash in front of it. They keep the trash picked up in the parking lot area.

I love the quietness in this apartment, the care the cleanliness is very unique and inspiring I will suggest my friend this apartment with no regrets.

Area is nice and move in process was relatively quick. No notable issues with the apartment and the bathrooms seem recently renovated. Also appreciate the staffs flexibility with our schedules

Love the new lighting, cleanliness, how professional and kind they are in the office, and the quick response from maintenance response to work orders

Overall the apartments are nice, I like the floor plan and space. The hallways and grounds could be cleaned up better as there is trash sometimes which makes things look bad.

Love coming home and seeing the beautiful display of flowers at the front entrance and on the circle in front of the office! That truly makes our community look top tier.

I think the apartments are not bad and the location is great, I think a lot of things have been wrong with this complex for so long but the new team here at Summerwood seems to be working really hard to improve those things.

The view of this place is beyond what I was expecting, one thing I like the most is the quietness, I love my surroundings everything is perfect .

I have recently moved in here and have greatly enjoyed my experience thus far. The office workers answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and were always so kind. My move in process was easy. So far I have enjoyed the property, the pool is very nice, the property is fairly quiet and any maintenance requests I have had since move in, have been completed within a couple day's notice.

I just moved into my apartment and so far I’m loving it. My apartment set up is really cute and I love my view. My daughter loves the set up as well!

I have been here going into year 2, it’s a nice quiet place to live and no one bothers you. When I put in a request, it is handled immediately.

Had a nice time at the pool party hosted by the office staff! Enjoyed getting to know some of the other residents that live on the property as well as the beautiful layout of our community pool area.

Overall it’s a nice place to live the floor plan are really spacious There are just certain people who don’t like their job which reflect on everyone overall

We will be 3 years in October '23. It's been a pleasure living at Summerwood Apartments and will continue to extend our stay as necessary. Summerwood is close to major freeways and is less than 35 minutes to our work places, Downtown Indianapolis, the Children's Museum and the zoo. St Vincent Ascension Hospital, Super Walmart, Krogers, Costco, hotels, banks and an array of restaurants that offer vast and different dining experiences are all in close proximity. The pool is open for the summer and its well maintained and always kept very clean. We are happy to be a part of the Summerwood community!??

I love this apartment the environment is very clean and beautiful. I will strongly recommend this place with friends and family, is very nice knowing you leave in a place where people care about your safety.

I always smile when i am pulling in, these apartments are some of the nicer ones in the area. However the gate hasn’t worked much at all since moving in 2 yrs ago
