Summerwood on Towne Line Apartments

the community is great I love it everybody is so quiet it’s very clean. the stafff in the office are friendly & care about their customers I’m glad I picked summerwood for me & my family

I enjoy my home. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly. Apartment buildings are very appealing. Renewed my lease for the 4th year. Very happy with staff, maintenance and most neighbors.

I don't even know where to start. This property will make your life hell. The garbage is piled up outside the dumpster, you are forced to pay for "Valet Trash Service" however your trash is never picked up, you will be charged "Lease Violation Fees" with no explanation or appeal, and they will decide they don't want you here, so will block your access to the payment system, charge you late and legal fees, then file for eviction due to Non-payment. Do yourself a favor, don't live here.

Just moved here so far I love my new apartment. I do not have anything bad to say other than the loud music coming from outside I throughly enjoy my apartment.

I love it here. I haven’t had any issues. The staff is respectful, friendly, and professional. They get things done correctly and within a timely manner.

When I put in a maintenance call, they responded within hours. They installed new lighting in the parking lot, painted the garages. The grounds look very nice.

so far good, peaceful, clean. There are great perks, animals excepted with area for dogs, good neighborhood for kids, private entrance and gate with code.

Staff has been extremely helpful throughout the application process. The community is beautiful and neatly kept. Staff are really nice and professional.

Everything so far has been good for us here. The apartment managers seem to care about what’s going on as a whole to make this a good community to live in. Maintenance could be better though.

The apartments overall are pretty good, neighborhood feels safe. There's some things that could improve though, for example making a whole sidewalk rather than the half ahh sidewalk and then also fixing the gate in the community.

Staff is very nice. Had some maintenance issue and they came the next to fix. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would totally recommend.

Hallways aren’t kept cleaned but units are spacious and beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and responds promptly when notified of any issues

I really appreciate the updated signage at the entrance of the property. The flower team that maintains the beautiful roundabout garden in front of the office adds so much value to the property, making it stand out from other apartments on Township Line Road, especially during the summer.

I have been a resident of Summerwood since 2021 and I have seen a lot of improvements. I love the new parking lot lights. I love that they have the parking lot hose filled up. I love the swimming pool that’s been open for a couple years. The laundry room is always neat and clean. The gym is always neat and clean, the apartment employees at the office are very professional, and the maintenance men respond to your request in a timely manner . They have cleaned up the dumpster area and not allow people to dump trash in front of it. They keep the trash picked up in the parking lot area.

I love the quietness in this apartment, the care the cleanliness is very unique and inspiring I will suggest my friend this apartment with no regrets.

No noise .all the resident respect us .i like summerwood on township apartment without forgetting the worker in the office .they are really great .thank you.

Area is nice and move in process was relatively quick. No notable issues with the apartment and the bathrooms seem recently renovated. Also appreciate the staffs flexibility with our schedules

Love the new lighting, cleanliness, how professional and kind they are in the office, and the quick response from maintenance response to work orders

Overall the apartments are nice, I like the floor plan and space. The hallways and grounds could be cleaned up better as there is trash sometimes which makes things look bad.

Love coming home and seeing the beautiful display of flowers at the front entrance and on the circle in front of the office! That truly makes our community look top tier.

I think the apartments are not bad and the location is great, I think a lot of things have been wrong with this complex for so long but the new team here at Summerwood seems to be working really hard to improve those things.

I have been a resident for almost 4 years. I enjoy the new improvements that are going on at Summerwood. The office staff response to your request promptly. They listen to your concerns.

The view of this place is beyond what I was expecting, one thing I like the most is the quietness, I love my surroundings everything is perfect .

Always have my back! Make sure we have ways of communication and the staff is friendly so they make sure they have your back to an extent. Nice people for sure!

I have recently moved in here and have greatly enjoyed my experience thus far. The office workers answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and were always so kind. My move in process was easy. So far I have enjoyed the property, the pool is very nice, the property is fairly quiet and any maintenance requests I have had since move in, have been completed within a couple day's notice.

I just moved into my apartment and so far I’m loving it. My apartment set up is really cute and I love my view. My daughter loves the set up as well!

I have been here going into year 2, it’s a nice quiet place to live and no one bothers you. When I put in a request, it is handled immediately.

Had a nice time at the pool party hosted by the office staff! Enjoyed getting to know some of the other residents that live on the property as well as the beautiful layout of our community pool area.

Overall it’s a nice place to live the floor plan are really spacious There are just certain people who don’t like their job which reflect on everyone overall

We will be 3 years in October '23. It's been a pleasure living at Summerwood Apartments and will continue to extend our stay as necessary. Summerwood is close to major freeways and is less than 35 minutes to our work places, Downtown Indianapolis, the Children's Museum and the zoo. St Vincent Ascension Hospital, Super Walmart, Krogers, Costco, hotels, banks and an array of restaurants that offer vast and different dining experiences are all in close proximity. The pool is open for the summer and its well maintained and always kept very clean. We are happy to be a part of the Summerwood community!??

I love this apartment the environment is very clean and beautiful. I will strongly recommend this place with friends and family, is very nice knowing you leave in a place where people care about your safety.

I always smile when i am pulling in, these apartments are some of the nicer ones in the area. However the gate hasn’t worked much at all since moving in 2 yrs ago

Been here 10 months and really enjoying the atmosphere and staff. Office and Maintenance staff are very friendly. They're very attentive to the residents needs and or wants within reason.

My husband and I have just moved in from Lexington, KY. So far, we’re enjoy the community and getting to know the neighbors. We can’t wait to start enjoying the swimming pool in this warm season

Communication isn’t the best and sometimes you’ll get the run around about simple stuff. They have a policy that dogs are to be leashed at all times, however the tenants do as they please!

Forced to pay for Valet Trash service that rarely picks up trash. Lived here for more than 14 months, working gates for less than two if those. Extremely slow response to maintenance requests.

Great community. The maintenance staff is very reliable. The units are up to date and have nice floor plans. The amenities are nice. Valet trash pick up and the gym are nice.

Good environment. I have been here for 4 years and have had close to no issues. Maintenance is pretty much on top of things and responds to work orders quickly.

The Community is great!!! I love that I don't have to worry about break-ins and theft. Beautiful surroundings and a very comfortable place to live.

Happy resident! You get what you pay for. The staff at the office is always so helpful and any maintenance issues I have ever had are fixed quickly.

Summerwood, is an great place to live, location has ample amount of shopping and eatery within walking distance. I recently moved here and the introduction with the office staff was great. Very welcoming and informative. Great place to call your new home.

For more than over twenty years this has been a great location to live at. A place surrounded by multiple food restaurant, grocery stores and among fun and friendly neighborhoods. The apartments are within walking distance to St. Vincent’s hospital, a short drive to 465 highway and 15 minutes away from Castleton mall. A community worth more than you can ever ask for.

Great community to live in. Great management staff willing to work with you and take care of any situation that arises. They do their maintenance checks making sure things are up to date. I’ve lived here almost 9 years.
