I had absolutely nothing but problems with this apartment complex from the moment I moved in. My roommate and I moved out and they are trying to charge us an unfair amount of money for problems I submitted to be fixed that they were responsible for and also if you are thinking about moving here if you ever have a problem I can assure you they will do absolutely nothing to fix it. when I was trying to move out I gave them a 30 day notice 4 times and when I would go to meet with other complexes they would tell them that I never put in a 30 day notice not only did they keep our deposit but they are charging me extra fees that I have already paid on time. There are so many bugs this place is disgusting and let alone all of that multiple times I was outside at night I would hear gun shots I got chased from around the area and people were shooting at me and I have a bullet hole in my car to prove it. And also one time I tried to go get a copy of my lease and they gave me another persons lease from 3 years prior super unprofessional

Air conditioning went out...this is their fix
Duct tape, cardboard and a window unit. The maintenance guy is swimming while we are sweating.

Property Manager and Maintenance
Maintenance request are answered in a timely manner with good results and the property manager makes sure our property is clean and looking nice all the time. Never noisy at night. We love living here and appreciate the work of the management and maintenance staff, thank you Lisa and Matt...Jeff and Joy #504

Awesome Place to Live!
I am extremely satisfied with my new home in Jenks! Great schools and so close to everything! The staff at Summit are nice and eager to assist! I love my apartment and highly recommend them!

Horrible place to live
First off, I can promise if you rent an apartment from them it will look NOTHING like the pictures they post online. It will be a lot more outdated. Maintenance is absolutely horrible. It's a couple of lazy old men that do as little work as possible. Plus, the main one hit on me all the time when I lived there and it weirded me out.

Not worth it. At. All.
The old saying "you get what you pay for" must have been made for this place. The unit sat empty almost a month before we moved in and it was incredibly dirty when we arrived. We had to make multiple maintenance request before the multiple issues were resolved. Because of the age of the building, doors and windows, utility cost are unusually high and the management didn't really don't seem to care. Even the maintenance employees bad mouth how the complex is run. After our neighbors door was kicked in, we decided we had enough and were ready to move out. Overall I would tell you to not consider this place at all. You can do better.

A Quiet Place To Live
which is a huge seling point in and of itself. the staff and maintenance are good people, and the units are spacious, plus the 80s era building does have some neat design to it. overall jenks is a slower town across the river from tulsa and quieter, plus tulsa hills area is minutes away.
