Red poppies, Victorian architecture, the state’s most beautiful town square, Lake Georgetown – there’s a lot to love about beautiful Georgetown, Texas! This sunny city is warm and welcoming (the motto is Sincerely Yours, after all), so it’s easy to see why so many are moving to this terrific community. Georgetown is just 27 miles from Austin and it is home to Southwestern University, the oldest university in the state. Settled in the 1840s, Georgetown has a distinctive Victorian charm from its town square to its historic homes.
And while the brilliant red poppies make the landscape, well, pop, Georgetown isn’t just pretty. Residents enjoy amazing destinations like Blue Hole Park, home to a swimming lagoon surrounded by limestone bluffs. When they want a little culture, they head to Georgetown Arts Center, located in a historic firehouse. Shopping and dining takes on a whole new charm when enjoying both in the historic town square.

Property Ratings at Summit at Rivery Park
My daughter leased an apartment and they kept her money even though they changed her apartment, changed her move in date and took 10 days before we had to find somewhere else. They won't refund anything. Stay away from this place.
I've lived here for some time now and I love it! I have not had any issues with my apartment and when something needs to be fixed maintenance is on the way! They also do follow ups on the from when the work order is completed and I love that! Staff has great customer service and offers beverages in the clubroom! Also a plus there is also a trail right behind the complex to run or ride your bike!
I've been trying to get my AC fixed for a week and they keep completing the maintenance ticket without actually finishing the work. Then they try gaslighting me by telling me it works when it obviously doesn't.
The maintenance crew has the tendency of opening units without knocking. This conduct is outright unacceptable and severely invokes privacy breaches.
Expect roaches since the new management has taken over. I have an album of roach findings in my tenure here. Would not recommend to anyone.
Over 90 degrees in my apartment after the A/C died more than 15 hours and multiple requests for help ago… Their off-site call center can’t even tell me if anyone has been contacted to come help me. The only thing luxury about this place is the price and the propaganda. Seek a home elsewhere, you won’t find it here.
As other reviews have stated the walls are very thin, I can hear people next door and across the hall very clearly sometimes. The biggest reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because they charge you at LEAST 30$ a month for valet trash, but there's also an "admin fee" for trash so that's why it's "at least" some months you pay 35$ and if you're like me and live within throwing distance to the dumpster and also live alone and don't produce a lot of trash, it's kind of annoying to pay 35$ a month for a service that only runs 5 days a week and you physically do not produce enough trash to actively use during those 5 days. I know this may not be a sticking point for everyone, but this is pretty frustrating for me personally. Especially because if you don't follow the trash rules, they will take a picture of your door and reprimand you for not following trash rules, with one of the consequences for repeat offenses being: they stop picking up your trash BUT you'll still have to pay for it. SO my question is if it is possible to specifically single out one unit for negligence decide not to pick up your trash, why is it not then possible to just opt out of it? You can find apartments in Austin that charge less or nothing at all for trash. Those apartments also charge less for pet fees, and safer ways of receiving packages so they don't get stolen.
The walls and floors are very thin. Neighbors are constantly making noise. Management has been contacted many times and acts like they are handling it. They have no resolution.

We apologize you feel this way. Apartment communities of all types are subject to noise complaints and disturbances. Each are responded to individually and acted upon accordingly. Thank you for your concerns
I found a brand new, first-floor 1BR/1BA apt with a garage for $1110/month (6-month lease). The complex is centrally located with all of the amenities (pool, exercise room, clubhouse, and walking/biking trails). I looked at 3 other apt complexes in Georgetown which had availability in the next three weeks. Rivery Apts was in the mid-price range of these choices. The other complexes were Two Rivers, Water's Edge, and Westwood Townhomes on Riverbend. I am very happy with my choice!
My wife and I moved here from DFW and we love it! No complaints! Georgetown, the parks, the wildlife and especially this apartment complex. We could not ask for a better living and lifestyle!
The title says it all! I do not feel safe in my own home.

This apartment was just built this past year. It is sleek, modern, and sophisticated, yet still looked amazing when I placed my rustic décor into it. I love how large each room (and closet) is. I also love how EVERY SINGLE INCH of the apartment is not wasted!!! It was a very intelligent floor plan. PLUS the location is fantastic. A short walk to a dog/family/elderly/wheelchair/disc golf fanatic friendly park!!! With a pond!!! And NOW they are building a shopping/dining/fun filled classic local strip mall.....couldn't get better if you ask me........Oh, but it could...the STAFF is so nice. I email them about a problem, they are their that day, in lest than 4 hours, to fix the problem.
Beautiful new construction near San Gabriel park. Helpful staff and very near town. More than happy with all experiences here.
