The staff in the office worked hard to get us approved and were really helpful and encouraging. We really appreciate that. G Douglas
Cheap nasty apartments trash everywhere. Downstairs said they had bed bugs and the manager never sent anyone to kill them. Parking sucks they get money off of people by towing cars that don't have a parking permit even if you just told them the day before you left it in your old car and had to go get it from Denver. When I moved out they charged me for everything even if the maintenance guy said "oh don't worry about that" when they walked through. They charge you for stuff they should do after having people live in there for 1 1/2 years like paint the walls. Never had a dog but they charged me a dog service when I moved out made no sense to me. Downstairs people had cops there every day but they never got kicked out. No playgrounds the laundry facilities are from the 60s they didn't wash your clothes. Stay away and save yourself the headache
this is perfect for a "Senior" class of 2016 like me to live in and its affordable
