We have lived here for almost 3 years now. First 2 years we stayed in a 1 bedroom, then we added a new member to the family and needed a 2 bedroom. Brittany was amazing with switching us over without any hassle! She is always so amazing!! Chris is also the best with maintenance! He’s helped with jumping my car in the dead heat of summer. And even came out last night with an ac unit for the window since ours unfortunately went out! Chris and Brittany are the best! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

When I moved in had about 5 maintenance requests of things I wasn’t even sure if they’d address! Chris has gone above and beyond getting to all work orders in a timely manner, fixing something I hadn’t submitted a work order for yet because he noticed it was broken, and solved problems without a “band aid” fix. Very impressed and thankful

It is a place to live but don't expect much sleep as the is constant noise from bass music and construction workers 24/7. In the short time I have live in a freshly renovated apartment they have had to replace the dishwasher, the light fixture, the furnace didn't work for most of the summer, all the burners on the stove don't work. The "new" floor is cracking and has spilt in multiple spots. The pool is always closed as well.

The staff at Summit are extraordinary. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and appreciated. Sarah has been in the office since I have moved in here, she has been super helpful and friendly since day one. Brandi is super helpful and always has a smile to greet you. Leo is always a pleasure to run into around the complex, he is so helpful and works very quickly if anything needs to be fixed. Great place to live!

The staff at Soho are wonderful; they know all of the residents by name, welcome visits, and handle complaints efficiently. This is one of the biggest assets because it makes it feel like a community! The apartments are spacious and renovated. The renovations make each apartment feel cozy and welcoming. The only reasons I gave the property a four is based on personal preference. None of the apartments have a private porch. Although this may seem like a minor thing, once I moved in, I realized how beneficial it would be to have this area. You are allowed to put chairs or rugs in the breezeway, but this doesn't feel as private. Additionally, the area around the complex isn't the most aesthetically pleasing. The property is conveniently located (only five minutes from Harris Teeter and Plaza Midwood) but the immediate area isn't the most well kept.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year now and it has really been wonderful. Whenever we have a problem the staff is very prompt to help. The ladies in the office always welcome you with a smile and some delicious Starbucks coffee.
Brandi at SoHo on Central is so friendly and personable!! The apartments are upgraded and affordable, even better... pet friendly!!! Also right down the street from Plaza Midwood!
The leasing staff went above and beyond to make my move in go as smoothly as possible, including holding on to multiple large packages that arrived before my lease even began. They never grew impatient with me asking questions (and I asked ALOT) and were so warm and welcoming. The location of the apartments is great. They are walking distance from some great restaurants and just a short drive to everything else. Over all I am very happy with my move!
My studio apartment is spacious, with pretty views of the community. I enjoy walking my dog around the community because the grounds are so well kept! SoHo is located in the perfect location, close to everything. The maintenance and leasing staff goes above and beyond to please myself and my neighbors/ other residents. I absolutely love living here at SoHo on Central!
Hi, we love our 2 bedroom apartment its very quite, very clean, great staff, is still under construction so we got a nice look around us. I like the environment here in our complex and the best of all is that is walking distance to everything.
We leased a 1 bedroom apartment and we got 1 month free, I love my apartment everything is new, pet friendly too.
I was scared to go to this apartments because of reviews, but was relieved to know that management had changed! Super friendly staff and theyre very helpful!
Where do I even begin with the problems I had to deal with...! We applied to live here July 1st. The leasing manager mentioned that they were doing new renovations on the interior/exterior of the apartments. Which at the time was very appealing, who wouldn't want to move into a brand new place! Well.... from the beginning I should have known that they had NO TIME LINE set for this. Which is ridiculous. We were told the end of July/ beginning of August. They mentioned they needed residents to be "flexible" (remember this key word they used, "flexible.") So my bf and I were on board with this. Come beginning of August we received NO call as to what the status was for moving in would be. But boy were they quick to want us to pay the application fees/admin fees. So we payed them and asked again what the status was, still nothing. We called every few days and kept getting the same answer "we aren't sure just yet..." "its going to be a few weeks longer, if you can just wait another few weeks.." "we will speak to the contractors and call you back with a new date." ..... we NEVER! EVER! got any calls back on this.. So that in itself really speaks on the staff of this complex. Lazy, and fully inconsiderate. I finally called back last week (mid August) in hopes of finally getting a date... we were told END of SEPTEMBER maybe first week of OCTOBER...excuse me? what?! That is CRAZY. --insert key work "flexible"-- I was informed that we were asked to be flexible.. Well where I come from flexible is not 3 months later. I don't appreciate a company taking advantage of me and my living situations so carelessly. It really shows a lot about what this company is about, and I am FULLY thankful that I am no longer looking to live here. If you can't even be honest and say "hey, we are unsure and the dates are being pushed out. I will speak with the contractors and try and get a date for you" I might have considered staying here. But they couldn't even call me back and let me know what was going on. Oh, they also would only give me back my admin fee of $150 and kept saying how the application fee was non refundable. Which I gave them $100 for... But they sure were quick to offer me off $300 on my first month rent..which the women did not even have a move in date for me. No, I don't really want $300 off, I would rather have all my money back. Had I known they were going to make me wait 3 months I wouldn't have even applied.
This apartment has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I applied for an apartment in June and was told I could move in July 30th. Well come July 30th they delayed two weeks but still couldn't give us a move in date for sure. I call every week and they say they will contact me back but never do. They were wishy washy and kept saying "oh probably the end of august" "oh probably the end of august" I ended up talking to the renovation guy and he told me EXACTLY how long it was going to take. They ended up delaying us to September 20th but that still wasn't for sure. I was living on couches and homeless waiting. I couldnt do that and had to find something else. I bet they would have delayed us from July to October..... I applied in June. I got no apologies and no compensation offered for this either. They did not care about me as a customer. I cant imagine how they are with service if they LIE to their customers about what is really happening.
