Established in 1886, Downtown Minot is both historic and vibrant. It is located along the Souris River and features the beautiful Minot Riverwalk. As the city's cultural hub, Downtown Minot is home to a variety of art galleries, museums, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood also features several events, including the Fall Wine Walk. Museums include the Taube Museum of Art, the Railroad Museum, and the Old Soo Depot Transportation Museum.
Looped by the Souris River, Roosevelt Park provides a scenic destination, complete with riverside walking trails, a swimming pool with slide, picnic areas, and a zoo. Downtown Minot is south of Minot State University, the state's third-largest university. Residents can travel throughout the region with the Minot Station, an Amtrak train station for the Empire Builder, the country's most popular long-distance train.

Property Ratings at Summit Park
Nestled on the steep sided hills of Minot, North Dakota, it certainly offers up a great view. The atmosphere is quiet and appealing. The staff are friendly and approachable. All of the water fixtures function as they should and, so far, I haven’t had any maintenance problems. I haven’t had any complaints. I plan on getting a new pet soon.

Apartment building is very well kept and clean. My building is very quiet. Maintenance response time is quick. All staff are courteous and friendly! I've been living here 2 1/2 years and I'm very content!
Property Manager at Summit Park, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We really appreciate hearing from our long time residents! Thanks, IMM
Been living here for a little over a month with my girlfriend and dog and overall the experience is pretty good. For a two bed one bath I'm paying 750 a month which is normal for minot but seems high compared to other cities. If I could change one thing about this place it would be the tiny kitchen. Its hard to have two people cooking at the same time which is very annoying. Definitely seems to be enough room in each room as well as good closet space. Tenants pay electric and water, but not heat which is very good in the north dakota winter.
