Happy to be here for almost 2 years now. Love the gym and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good location not far from work and rate is better compared to other apartment complexes. We are very happy here.
Great Place to live. Little bit expensive but worth it. It would have been great if the had dumpsters in almost every area so residents wouldn’t have to go all the way up front for trash.
The leasing office especially Mike and Krista were very accommodating and pleasant. My transition to Summit has been very smooth and without any issues.
the office staff were friendly and helpful. we had a water emergency with the washer machine and the maintance staff responded rather quickly.
The apartment is so spacious and bright and the people at the office are always so helpful! I love having in-unit laundry, and the central air is also a huge plus!
So far so good. Besides the dog next door who barks so much, but shutting the door helps a bit. Staff has been really helpful with the move in process.
I had been living at summit a little bit more than 2 years and never thought moving because I know I would never fine a place like summit. I would recommend this apartments to people who want to live at good area.
This is a beautiful place to live. The maintenance staff is top-notch and extremely friendly. The office staff is also friendly. This complex isn't like other ones it's built up on a hill where the building is separated and you have a beautiful view of the south.
I am finally moving out of Summit place, but I have loved my experience here. I'm only moving out because I'm pregnant with twins and ready to buy a home. I have enjoyed my almost eight years of living here. I will actually miss my apartment, specifically the large bathtub, washer dryer in the kitchen closet, and a beautiful view from my balcony. I wish my new house had those things. thank you for 7.5 wonderful years, Summit Place. 10/10 recommend!
Summit place has been very nice. Great friendly staff and nice place for children. I hope to bring both my sons up here, while they grow up.
We love living at Summit Place. Our building and neighbors are friendly and the building is quiet. I can’t say enough about the offer staff, they are incredible along with the maintenance staff. They all get things done around here in a timely manner. The grounds are very well taken care for Great place to live.

Lovely experience over all. Nice neighbors and clean community areas. Apartment is nice and beautiful. Very spacious. The employees made the moving process less stressful.
The neighbors will hit and ding your car in the parking lot and will not come clean about it. Other than that, the administration and maintenance crew are great and the grounds are nice as well.
Very quiet. landscaping always looks great. Peaceful. Dog friendly. Pool little to crowded due to its size. Wish we could rent out clubhouse.

Very expensive apartments. No new updates inside. The positive is it’s a Quiet community and is dog friendly. I wish they would give new appliances or hardwood floors.
It's a great place to live the pool the gym a great features that they offer here. The maintenance staff is good and very knowledgeable as well as the front office staff. The park at the first level with overlook was a nice addition to the property
Just renewed my lease going on 4 years. Generally I am just as happy with my apartment as the day I moved in. Looking forward to another year. The fall is my favorite season living here as the views are amazing.

Summit Place It’s a very good place to live, quiet, the attentions are excellent, the apartments are super comfortable and bigs and the staff is very kind and helpful.
Been here fir about a year now and love it, everyone is so friendly. Maitnance is always super prompt and the office answers questions right away.
Great. Would be great for the appliances to be a bit more updated. Otherwise, I never have had a problem here in 3yrs. Most maintenance issues are resolved quickly.
Moved here in March 2023 and was happy to renew my lease right when I was offered. I have enjoyed being on the third floor and I have been very happy with using the gym in the morning.
Best place ever to live. We are so happy we found this place. The front office and maintenance crew are great. They really take care of the grounds. If you have a problem with your apartment they actually do attend to the problem within 24 hours. They have had to make a few accommodations to out apartment and they were completed very quickly. I would recommend Summit Place very highly.
Everything has been fine, great maintenence crew, great activities. Nice place to live. My children and I are very happy here. It’s always quiet.
I was unfairly charged for trash I put in the dumpster for moving out, only trash bags not furniture. Be aware of your security deposit - they will charge you for any trash left behind, even if it was just put in the dumpster, pretending to as damaged. These people can be avaricious and looking for nickel-and-dime tenants.

Me han gustado mucho las instalaciones, el departamento por dentro en cuanto a como esta dividido y seccionado, lo que incluye en cocina ideal para llegar sin muebles. El balcón y la vista me encanta. Estacionamiento amplio y limpio. Me siento tranquila con mi familia.
Everything works and any time I have a question or concern, it gets addressed quickly. I love the green space and the pet friendly environment. I'm lucky to live at the top and enjoy the quiet and the views!
I enjoy living here. The office staff is kind, maintenance has been good. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the parking. Should have at least one assigned spot in front or near your building.

Everyone seems nice so far! I love my unit but it’s a bit expensive and rent goes up every year by $100. Amenities are great but mailroom is a mess and lots of dog poop that isn’t cleaned up
It’s nice a quite. The dog park is big and my dog was overwhelmed by it but enjoyed it. Plenty of places to walk and view and in the heart of Mingya Valley.

Clean area, nice walking for the dogs. Convenient washer and dryer in the apartments. Usually quiet with the exceptions of dogs parking here and there.
I definitely enjoy my apartment, the office staff, and the grounds. The only issue I have is parking. I believe that each apartment should have 1 assigned spot in front of their building.

Great place to live. Spacious and clean units. Very close to highway exit and stores. Pet friendly but $75/mo for dog rent. Not sure for other animals.
I enjoy my apartment and it’s easy access since I am handicapped. The maintenance staff are great and friendly. I like the different events they put on. I do wish they would do some at night and Saturdays, so the working people could attend. I like that it is pet friendly. Love seeing all the different dog’s out on their daily excursions. The landscapers and winter help are so good and kind. They do a great job of keeping our place looking good and safe. Thank you.
I love living here. The apartments are very clean . The grounds are always kept up nice. The maintenance guys are so helpful. The office on the grounds are very helpful . When it snows out the are right there to remove the snow.
