Summit Place
I love it here in my rented condo. It's on the edge of a bunch of loopy cul de sac streets with historical buildings that my dog and I love walking around. We have an upper corner unit facing the ally so neighbor noise is a minimum just some alley noise happens once in a while. They remodeled in 2009 so it has a faux luxury feel with many amenities. I love the in unit washer and dryer. I love building a fire on a rainy day. The A/C, dishwasher, disposal and balcony are super too. I love being here.
