Summit Point

I love the community here if i didn't i wouldn't have lived in the same building for over 3 years. The maintenance team needs work though. They either take for ever to come fix the issue or don't fix the issue at all, on rare occasion it's a combination of both. Other then that the people are nice and the Staff are super friendly and caring.

Overall it is a good apartment and most neighbors are good to live by. Some neighbors leave messes for others to pick up and don’t care or respect this home.

I love the Floorplan,the community, the location and the apartment rates are decent in the Fargo area. I am satisfied with my apartment and plan to stay for years.

I was given a chance to live at a goldmark apartment. I never thought i would be living un such a nice unit. I would recommend goldmark Properties to anyone trying to do good and start over.

The apartments are well cared for. The management is friendly.

My experience is good. One thing I admire once you request a work order, community staffers immediately send technician to have the work done.

Overall I love living at Summit Point. It's a great community, neighbors are friendly, they work with you on ESA's which is nice, management is kind and understanding.

The office management team at university square is very helpful. They can answer all of your questions, and provide you with all of the resources you need. They make you feel comfortable and at home.

Living here has been a breeze thus far. Communication prior to signing my lease was great, responded to my emails very fast. Management are very friendly and moving in was simple and straightforward. Both of my 2 small maintenance requests were taken care of soon after I made them.

I was lucky enough to have a place to stay for a couple of months when I first moved to Fargo. This gave me time to "shop around" for a place to live. I didn't really want to live in an apartment at first. During my search somebody said something negative about Goldmark and that I shouldn't rent from them. So far, from what I can tell, they were wrong. I am so happy that I chose to live here. When I first moved in, everything was so clean and, well, pristine. I do my best to keep it that way and have found that it is easier when you start with a clean palate. All of the appliances work, and they work well. The location is awesome. Pretty much anywhere that I need to go is only a few minutes away. I have a washer and dryer unit in my apartment now. When I didn't, the laundry room was very convenient. As a bonus for me, the bike path is right next to the building. The neighbors are usually friendly and respectful. And the parking spots are accessible with my full size truck. I am kind of apprehensive to tell everybody about this little "Diamond in the rough" but I want other people to be as happy with their living arrangement as I am with mine.

The management is awesome, they've been very helpful with the move in process and getting things done.

I really love the area and the apartment when its in good condition.

So far, so good at Summit Point when it comes to my apartment, specifically. Just wish the cleanliness of the building, inside and out, was kept up better. Not exactly the greatest to see puke in the parking lot next to someone's tire the day after moving in.

Best apartments in a convenience neighborhood.

I love living here. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom with 2 bath and washer and dryer in unit with a lovely split style. Great Patio. So quiet of a building do not at all hear neighbors. Definately recommend moving here. But I am trying to transfer to same style apartment and amenties as i Have now on ground floor through goldmark but i am not getting much assistance or timely return calls from other goldmark properties i emailed. so probably sad i have to change landlords as I am disabled now and need ground floor.

Summit point has a fantastic office staff, that are always happy to help with any problems or concerns you may have!

I recently moved to this residence with my two best friends and we all love it! It's connected to the rental office which is very convenient! Maintenance always comes within a day and does great work! Our place has vaulted ceilings and a big beautiful kitchen with spacious bedrooms. The big garage and parking spot is also helpful! Close to interstate and lots of food! Only downfall is no elevator really!
