I’m not thrilled with the repairs made. My kitchen sink is continuously clogging. I put in an order for maintenance and even after receiving notification that the work order was completed… it seems as if the issue has gotten worse. 2nd. My furnace is unreliable. I’ve gone days without heat on multiple occasions. 3rd the repairs I’ve asked to have made when we first moved in are still undone… I’ll have to file orders for those issues as well. Outside of this I’m loving my new place and the community. It’s pretty quiet and fairly clean.

I am living here since 2011. It is a great neighborhood. The maintenance team is prompt in response. Management is easily reachable in office or by email for any concerns or questions. If school district was not a concern, I would live here forever! Close to malls and grocery stores, is a great additional benefit.

Despite some minor setbacks, I remain highly impressed with this location. I appreciate its dog-friendly atmosphere, although it's marred by irresponsible pet ownership and uncleanliness. Regrettably, the laundry room is no longer usable due to persistent dirtiness, and recent price increases are noteworthy. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with my living situation.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry you have some dissatisfaction. Can you let me know what is going on with the laundry machines? They should not be unusable. We try hard to keep up on the pets around site and I apologize for some of the dog donuts that get left behind. We are trying to stay on top of it but it is an ongoing battle. The community here is welcoming, safe, and extremely friendly. Since moving to Summit Pointe I have not had any issues with anything. We have great parking, kind neighbors, and such nice staff!

Loving the first 3 months here so far! Parking is always easy to find. Don’t really have any complaints besides the floors being a little creaky when people walk above. Which can b noisy. But besides that it’s perfect

We love where we live and we are very comfortable, however, for how much we much we pay in rent, the maintenance process can be very difficult. We understand that there are a lot of buildings and rooms, but we would have to wait over a week for something to be fixed that affected us (we had no kitchen lights for over a week). And that’s not the first time. Like we said we love living here but we pay sooo much to live here so when we have to wait so long for something to get fixed it can be frustrating

I love that all kinds of stores are right across the street but the downside is the traffic, it can be hard getting out of the lot if you are making a left. The pros definitely outweigh the cons though so all in all a great place to live.

Great quiet place to live has a fitness center and on site laundry allows pets pretty big one bedroom apartments comes with fridge dishwasher and gas oven

Worst apartment I’ve ever had all I do is listen to dogs running across my floor like a herd of bulls , I’ve complained to management & they do nothing this is all day until 11 at night. I haven’t had one peaceful day in this apartment if I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t . This is just one problem I’ve been having there’s many of them I’ve called the cops multiple times & still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply here .

People who run the complex are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the units are a little run down and need work. If they were to renovate it would get 4 stars.

Living here is generally nice, but some issues need to be addressed, such as the excessive dog waste that is not properly disposed of, the potential fire hazard caused by grilling on balconies, and the consistently unpleasant and unhygienic state of the laundry room. It's frustrating that some individuals can't seem to follow basic rules and exercise common sense to maintain a clean and risk-free environment for all residents.

Residents are allowed to grill on open patios and can use an electric grill on screened in balconies. I was unaware of any issues with grilling and the laundry room. Environment is great, space is great! The only issue we have had is maintenance repairs and lack of communication with maintenance. I wish they would communicate a little better and be more on top of things with maintenance calls and issues, but other than that our experience has been great

We love the apartment except for two things 1) can hear every foot step from the apartment above our roof. 2) uneven heating through the apartment. One central thermostat control but each room will be at different temperatures.

Everything is going good, except the walls are thin and lack of insulation. I can hear my upstairs neighbors every movement. Which can be disturbing at times.

I love my home. I have no issues with my neighbors or any staff. The only issue I have been dealing with is a reoccurring leak under my sink, which has caused mold and I feel as though it could have been properly addressed long before it became the issue it has.
Its a wonderful place and everyone is so nice. The staff here is really helpful and goes out tof their way to make sure you are okay and you are comfortable where you are.
