I have been living at Sun Terrace Apts for 6 years. The apts are great, with 2 mastersuits incl. en suite bathrooms and huge walk-in closets, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, patios with large storage, covered free parking, sparkling pool and spa with patio chairs to lounge in and enjoy a peaceful afternoon, or a beautiful sunset evening in the heart of Paradise Valley. The Management team has always been accommodating and eager to assist. Sun Terrace Apts is a great place to live, and well worth 5 stars in my opinion! Debra
I moved her about two years ago and I've never been happier. Great neighbors, really simplistic atmosphere, which gives it a home feeling, the office staff is kind as well. We just signed a new lease again!
