Great famil living
I live here in SUN VALLEY ESTATES , It is a very nice family oriented place to live , I’ve been here 3 years and plan to stay there is a park here for the small kids and a nice size pool , most of all we have a club house we can use for birthday Christmas party’s all sorts of gatherings, I had my 60 birthday there it came out wonderful ! It is very quite at night. And our office manager Monica has all kids of thanksgiving raffles to win turkeys and hams and we eat and meet everyone also a Christmas dinner given to all residents and Easter egg hunts for the kids ! It’s wounderfull here Iam blessed to be living here ,there is also a laundry room you have a key too and out side restrooms for when your in the pool or have a party at the club house with a key how nice is that .and a basket ball court for the teens .THANK YOU SUN VALLY ESTATES
