The Management is great
I just moved in 3 months ago. No WONDER why this apartment is full, the office management is really good. I reported my apartment problems, they fixed same day. They work day and night. AND I like the Rent is FAIR. Recommend.

SunBlossom Gardens !!
una de las razones por el cual recientemente nos mudamos a este lugar es que fue totalmente recomendado por familiares que tienen mucho anos viviendo aqui y nos recomendaron en su totalidad estoy contenta del todo por vivir aqui nos parece un lugar seguro y calido para vivir. Mantenimiento es muy bueno tambien los senores son my amables en areas de correos y lanvanderia siempre estan limpias.

Buena area
este condominio esta en muy buena area de Houston ya que es muy seguro para vivir ya voy para tres anos aqui y me parece un lugar seguro y comodo ala vez por los precios que maneja creo que son razonables. Tienen muy buen mantenimiento y son muy amables en la oficina las damas que trabajan ahi.

The leasing office is very kind...
I would like to mention and I would like to give good reviews to this SunBlossom Gardens management. Especially the leasing office workers are really kind. They answer calls, follow work requests and help my personal papers such as rental insurance...and some more. RECOMMEND!!!!

Mucha seguriad!
me movi a esta comunidad ya hace 2 anos imedios y puedo decir que nunca e tenido ningun problema con nadie en este lugar siempre pago mis rentas a tiempo y sigo las reglas y con eso puedo decir que vivo traquila con mi hijo. Este lugar es muy seguro y comodo desde que sali de mi pais por violencia tengo la tranquilidad sobre todo. Este lugas es muy bueno los precios de renta son razonables y las personas que trabajan en ella son muy atentas la senora barmesse que trabaja aqui es muy amable trata de hablar espanol lo mas que puede pero siempre muy linda con todos al igual Mary es muy buena espero seguir recomendando este lugar a todos ustedes y amistades. Espero y tenga la dicha de pasar por aqui conociendo el area es muy linda y todo esta ala cocodidad de todos lavanderias, escuelas, igleisas ect.....

Hermoso Lugar1
Vine a esta propiedad por recomendacion de unas amistades, ya tengo viviendo aqui ya hace tres anos imedio y la verdad me aparecido un lugar muy comodo y seguro. Las personas que trabajan en la oficina son muy amables, mantenimiento tambien es muy bueno siempre que tengo alguna orden de mantenimiento vienen y hacen su trabajo super rapido y los muchachos son muy atentos en todo. Tengo mi vecino que es policia y eso me hace sentir muy segura de este lugar en las noches todo es muy calmado no se escuchan fiestas y nada de eso.

Estoy feliz de aver encontrado este lugar para mi familia. El area es muy buena y segura tienen segurodad 24/7 y son my atentos en todos los apectos mas que todo seguro que es lo mas importante ya que uno tiene familia.Tienen un mantenimiento muy bueno son muy atentos todos los muchachos y muy amigables.

lindo Lugar para vivir
Tengo tres años viviendo en este complejo de apartamento y nos a encantado una por la seguridad de la propiedad y por el servicio que ofrecen los muchachos de mantenimiento son muy buenos les agrada poder ayudar y eso hace este lugar mucho mejor aparte de ser un lugar muy tranquilo es seguro. Las senoritas de la oficina son muy amable.

He sido residente de SunBlossom Gardens durante casi 4 años ,puedo decir que son uno de los mejores complejos de apartamentos de el area. Estoy muy contesta de recomendar este lugar a todos los que conozco. El personal de arrendamiento y mantenimiento es profesional, y atento y siempre esta listo para hacer lo que sea necesario para asegurarse de que sus residentes esten satisfechos. Todas mis solicitudes de mantenimiento siempre se completan lo antes posible. El precio de alquiler es muy justo y razonable para todo lo que obtienes honestamente.

This apartment community has a great service. They follow and work for repair. They maintain the property, walking roads, trees, ground, pool etc..... I like the most part is they have strict polices for car partking and visitor permit for security purposes and space for residents. It is they really care to living residents. I love it.

This property is great.
This property is located at the heart of china town. many of shopping markets, best fresh restaurants are close to here. The propery management is great too. The repairmen workers fix and follow even day and night .They care to residents.

I can say that here this place is a good place to live. the office service and management is really good. They are patient, follow ,fix the problems that apartments inside and outsides needing. This Sun Blossom Gadens Apartment is a great place to rent. The service is good and they are takecaring the residents. I live here since 2010. I am going to renew my lease. Good location and fair price.

Hidden gem
I have lived at Sunblossom Gardens for eight years. I really like the place. It is quiet and everyone gets along with everyone else. There are minor problems like speeding in the parking lot but that's not a huge deal. The front office is attentive and listens to what you have to say and will work quickly to fix any problems.
