Property Ratings at Sunburst Apartments
It's nice. My bf and I are in a one bedroom that we're beginning to outgrow (i lived there first, he moved in) and everyone employed is wonderful! I will say the only downsides are: -that they only have (2) washers and (2) dryers per building, so if someone is doing lots of laundry and using both, you're gonna wait. -This, as well as in the summer, wasps/hornets are common (in the summer)- the building is an older one, and i've had bugs get in before- but matience was quick to caulk it, and they do sweep every month for them. -The parking lot. Everyone has a tag, and it's normally that guests may park in your lot, just towards the back- however this rule quickly goes out the window. On the weekends, understandable- but during the week it'll still be filled with cars that you may not recoginze- you can park on the street, but guests never do. Aside from those three things, it's quiet, and everyone is lovely. I do reccomend it.
Second floor unit...corner lot.Avery spacious living room with adjoining dining area.Spacious kitchen cabinets with a multiple counter space . A bathroom for ladies bath needs in one large bathroom with tub & shower. A good sized bedroom accomodates a king size bed with views of the side yard. Scenic windows line the exterior living room wall, porviding an action view of street activity. The pool provides refreshing days and evenings from May 30th to September 4th. A convenient detached garage provides safty for your vehicle plus extra storage. A lovely grassy yard for outdoor entertainment surrounds the complex.
I love my large 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment! My unit is 1000 square feet, with a huge living room and boasts very generous closet space. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with a clothing rod and shelf on both sides. The linen closet and kitchen cabinets are deep and the pantry can accommodate large kitchen appliances. The management is quick to respond to any needs or concerns and maintenance is scheduled promptly; usually the same or next day. These apartments are cat and family friendly with a park and fenced pool on the premises. Great place to live!
