I am happy to live in this community. They are always on time when you request service. They clean the neighborhood and pick up trashes . Office staffs are very friendly going to 3 years now . I will recommend this place

I don’t understand why Cortland doesn’t use the security camera that is at the pool. I was told that Cortland bought this property and the camera was already there. I don’t understand why Cortland will not utilize the camera in the summer time at the pool. That “might” cut down on some of the issues that happen here every summer.

Sunbury ridge is a pleasant place to stay. The staff is always nice and helpful and the apartments are nice on the interior and landscaping is kept up. During the summer they sometimes have food trucks and different events in the community which is nice.

Thank you team at Sunbury Ridge, for making the community enjoyable and safe . I have no regrets moving there .

Management is willing to cooperate. And I think that this is an important key factor, as word spreads about this quality and how they respond to renters . They greet or welcome you with kind courtesy. I think this location in Columbus is doing well in looking to improve better services. And I hope this continues so that they may excel. Thank you.

Kelsey and the management staff on site are fantastic and pretty responsive. I would encourage anybody that is looking for an apartment complex to look into Cortland. Mike with maintenance is friendly and responsive.

Management/Maintenance responds very quickly to request and fixes right away. Staff is friendly. Definitely made my transition from a house to apartment a pleasant experience.

Sunbury Ridge provides spacious, nicely finished apartments in a cute residential community. The complex is convenient driving distance to Easton Town Center and downtown Columbus, as well as nearby Gahanna. And the Alum Creek trail is practically at your doorstep! The management and maintenance team are responsive to residents. Overall a great value.

The apartments are great! But the people who work here are even better! Ive never had a apartment place be so caring. It really feels like home!

I moved to Sunbury Ridge in January, apt is little pricey but I love being here.The kitchen style is modern same like the bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet with nice people, plus you will enjoy the trail if you like to walk or bike .

I have been a resident since 2019 and I have enjoyed living here. I have transitioned into various size units to support my overall changes in life. The yearly increases for planning purposes, have been AMAZING and not super aggressive as other companies take advantage of the surrounding sky rocketing market rates. The property itself is very GREEN, which is enjoy very much for my fur baby. Overall I have been very pleased.

I lived at Sunbury Ridge from June 2019- April of 2021. Throughout my years here I never had any issues with this apartment complex. They were kind, understanding and very quick on there feets with any concerns I had. Marc my original leasing agent helped me from the moment I walked in to inquire an apartment to my move out day 3 years later. I appreciate the kind gestures and the easy environment. I would say this is a great community to live in.

I first found Cortland through my sister who lived at a different location. I moved from out of state and never saw this location where I'd be living before I arrived. Upon arrival I was so happy right from the start! Sunbury Ridge is in the perfect location with a very long path along the river. A 5 min easy drive to the nearest highway and 8 minutes from anything else you would need. I also feel very safe with my neighbors and the community around. I would love to give a huge shout out to Marc, the community manager, who continuously will go the extra mile. From the start of the moving process he has always approached things with kindness and respect. Anytime I needed anything throughout the time I've been living here he has been very supportive and accommodating. He always makes anything you need feel heard and important, never leaving a request or task forgotten and makes you genuinely feel that he making it his first priority. You will feel like you are part of a community that cares about you and your well-being. Thank you Marc!

I was a resident for 2 years before moving out of state due to a job opportunity. I never have any complaints and the staff are always delightful. Before I first moved into this community from New York back in 2019, they were flexible on having me look through their floor plans via email through recorded video and answer any questions with the outmost professionalism. Even though I am no longer a resident of this community since I moved out November 2021, the staff is still professional and courteous on helping me resolve on finding a package that was delivered to my old address. Thank you for being wonderful. The staff I was referring to, is Marc. Thank you once again for everything and making my temporary stay quite memorable. Plus the apartments? Nice and comfy for an introvert. Has everything you can possibly need.

Over all I really love this community. It feels like home. The neighbors are friendly but mind their own business. It's generally quiet. All I wish it for more storage and more affordable rent!

The landscaper that rides the mower was lackadaisical about cutting the grass with high low patches everywhere last week. I have an 8 lb yorkie and there are still areas that are taller than he is in height. They cut the lawn last week and it was done haphazardly. I even told them they did a horrible job as they were exiting Sunbury Ridge Apartments.

From the first day I moved in to Sunbury Ridge Apartments to now, I couldnt be more pleased with the Staff and Grounds. The service is top notch. I recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

This is a great place to live. Clean, nice area, updated and has beautiful birds in the area. Staff is friendly and professional. a playground for the kids is the only thing missing. No room to play because cars come thru constantly.

Still loving this community, which is super close to Alum Creek Trail, 5 minutes from Easton and the Airport. My commute to work is a breeze and I only spend about 5 minutes at most on the freeway. I am at work in 15 minutes and no more than 20 on a busy day. The leasing staff are professional and work hard at keeping residents happy, so I am well as can be expected in this COVID19 Pandemic on this property.

You are close to Easton Shopping Center - Columbus Internation Airport - 10 - 15 minutes away from down. I relocated to Columbus in 2004 and I have been a resident here at Sunbury Ridge Apartment since. In a few words a great place to live!!!!!!!

So happy here at Sunbury Ridge. The entire team really makes it feel like home. The location is great, home itself is beautiful, and Ive never had a living experience like it before. Cant imagine living anywhere else!

I have lived in a lot of cruddy apartments in my time. And it is just such a relief knowing that I wont have to deal with the same things that I used to when I get home everyday. I am just glad that my safe and peaceful place can actually be that. Its also very reassuring to know that the management team at Sunbury Ridge is striving to make this a reality everyday. Best place I have ever lived hands down.

This is a lovely community, but has been without a pool since I moved in last July. Since we are in a pandemic it really hasn't been that bad and it is close to completion. They don't have an gym on the property, but offer a gym experience off site. However, I have never utilized it, because I don't want to drive elsewhere to exercise. Pluses: Being extremely close to Alum Creek Trail, having valet trash service, a dog park, nice fire pit, community grills in three locations, attentive management, very peaceful environment that is smoke-free with nice landscaping.

I moved into Sunbury Ridge during COVID-19. They provided a no touch move-in. The units are incredibly nice and the price is very reasonable. You are seconds away from a 26 mile trail, 7-10 minutes away from Easton Mall (which has basically any store you could ever need) and downtown is only 15 minutes away. The complex is usually pretty quiet overall, and the dog park is under-utilized by a lot of residents. Oh, and the balcony areas are a great place to watch a sunset if yours points in the right direction.

If you are looking for a safe, quiet, clean place to call home, with a management and maintenance team who treat you as family look no further.

Sunbury Ridge has been a great place to call home! In the two months I've lived here, I have felt comfortable and enjoyed my apartment as well as the community. I also love how accessible the Alum Creek Trail is. It's so wonderful to walk right to the trail and be able to get exercise and be in nature, all while still being right in Columbus. My move-in process was easy and I can't thank the team enough for their efficiency. The communication during the COVID-19 outbreak has been helpful in an unprecedented time and I appreciate everything the staff has done to keep us safe. I would definitely recommend Sunbury Ridge!

This is a great little community. The residents are extremely nice. The staff is always willing to help and super friendly. The features in the unit are up to date and very modern. The community features are great too. The dog park is great and the fact you can take a one minute walk to hit a nature trial and not have to drive more than 10 minutes to hit the mall. The complex is quiet yet youre still so close to the city. Its quite nice!

Sunbury Ridge is by far the best place I have resided in Columbus, Ohio. I have been a resident for quite some time and have never regretted my decision to move here. The Office and Maintenabce Staff are friendly, professional and super quick to respond to any issues that may arise. The property is well manicured, and the area is safe and quiet. Overall Sunbury Ridge is not JUST a place to live, it is HOME.
