They tried to accuse us of taking the blinds and not cleaning the apartment and keep the deposit plus charge $200. If I didn’t have photos taken and pay attention to the dates they would’ve scammed us.

This was the first apartment i have ever lived in and the entire process for getting the apartment was super easy and convenient. I have lived here for a year and about 3 months. Maintenance and pest control have always been on time and courteous before entering the apartment! we were always given a few days notice for any of these. The office people have always been super friendly and never given me a hard time when i need to know something or report an issue. My personal experience i’ve never seen anything too crazy here and i can say it’s pretty quiet and i have respectful neighbors.

I've been here for 5 years. Maintenance is great but the manager is slick. She smiles to your face but is sneaky. She refused to give a new apartment my rental history so I could leave (she said she never received it but they sent the request 3 times). The gated entrance is misleading because people line up on the side and come in as soon as someone enters with their access card. Caveat emptor.
Office crew seemed to be nice. Very wonderful neighbors very friendly. Mantience was very attentive. Parking good. On occasion a few loud kids running around but nights are very quite. Lights all over premise at night . Over all very pleased with living here ...and most of it has that welcoming feeling like its home.
