I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Sundance Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made the leasing process seamless. The community is well-maintained with beautiful landscaping, and the amenities are top-notch. The spacious apartments are comfortable, modern, and have everything I need. I especially love the peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The location is also perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This apartment complex deserves a solid 5 stars. The staff is great,helpful and friendly. The grounds are clean and well-kept, which is a big plus. The building is quiet and secure. They've got good amenities to enjoy. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Sundance has been very queit and I feel safe and secure here. The amaneties are conveniently in the same building and managment has been great to me. I would highly recommend Sundance Apartments.

This place is amazing! They have so many things to make life more convenient like garbage chutes, a really nice fitness area, a pool, a big community room. The place is very clean and well kept too. I met a couple of the people that work there and they both were always very polite and helpful. My work is moving me farther south unfortunately, but if I need an apartment in the future this is where I'll be staying!

Great place to live! Everyone is very kind and friendly! It is very nice to be able to go to bed at night and not hear loud music playing from the people around you. The amenities are great and always clean! The management is very friendly and available to assist with anything!

Great place to live with excellent amenities. Management does a great job with upkeep and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Heated garage makes it really nice in the winter.

Move in was easy. So has everything else, from paying rent to getting maintenance. The staff was friendly and responsive. The building and grounds are well maintained. And the heated underground parking is wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Moved from Houston, and found the nicest, well kept apartment complex in Bismarck. My friends think it is brand new, but it is actually a few years old. Property manager and maintenance supervisor are super nice. They go out of their way to make sure I am completely satisfied. Highly recommend it!

I have just renewed my lease at the Sundance Apartments and I am truly looking forward to living here another year. My apartment is just perfect for me and my small dog. The living area and den give me just the extra space I need for myself and visiting family. The pool, community, exercise areas and the underground heated garage are great amenities. The occasional parties and activities are an added plus. The dog walking areas, play area and tub for baths make it easy to be a pet owner. Most importantly are the great staff - Cassidy, Joe and Brian provide a happy, clean and well kept environment. I am so happy I found the Sundance apartments as my new home in Bismarck!

I have lived at Sundance for over a year now. This place has been great! The community is very friendly along with the staff. The views are amazing as well. Most of all the entire place is very clean and well maintained. Joe, the maintenance supervisor, is always upbeat and working hard to keep everything tip top. The amenities provided here are a nice addition to the living experience. They have an outdoor pool, fitness room and a community room, with pool table and coffee bar. I would highly recommend Sundance to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Sundance is a wonderful place to live. It’s well maintained and offers lots of top-notch amenities. The indoor garage is a huge plus, especially in the winter when the garage is heated. The location is convenient, safe, and peaceful. The apartments have beautiful views of the city or prairie. The management is spectacular. Cassidy, the manager, is quick to resolve any issue that may arise. She always has the best interests of the tenants and the community in mind and is incredibly helpful. She’s very easy, professional, and friendly to communicate with. I’ve lived at Sundance for two years and couldn’t imagine making my home anywhere else in Bismarck.

I just turned my keys in. It is bittersweet, as I really enjoyed living there. The place is beautiful and well kept. You can tell the care takers take pride in the building’s appearance. The managerial staff in the office is helpful and kind. The staff would have holiday parties in the community room to help residents meet each other. It did feel like a safe friendly community. I enjoyed using the fitness room and the underground parking was very convenient. I would recommend moving in if they have any openings.

Sundance is a great place to live. It is clean and well kept, which has not always been my experience with other apartments. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, and when I need something it is take care of right away. I love the pool and community room, they really make my apartment feel like a home.

The pool and gym here are hard to beat. It is such a great place to live, especially in the summer! Not only have I enjoyed the perks at Sundance, but also as a young professional I have met lots of good people who live here also. It really is a homey community. I love my neighbors here and the neighborhood, which is hard to find.

Two thumbs up on how Sundance maintains their grounds. I was worried about getting my car stuck in the ND winter weather when I moved here, but the Sundance lot is cleared of snow pretty much before the city even gets to cleaning all the roads! They are on top of it! Great management and maintenance. Beautiful place to live in the summer and winter.

As a vendor for Sundance, it is refreshing to do business with such a professional management team onsite and Timberland Partners in general. The complex is beautiful and always well taken care of when I come. I think it is the nicest apartment complex in Bismarck. I am impressed with the staff (maintenance, manager, and leasing) because they always know what they are doing and are very friendly. I am pleased to do business with this company.

It is very nice to have a clean and quiet place to come home to. I have awesome neighbors and I feel like the building is filled with professionals. The complex is the best in town and the management is awesome. I've never been a huge fan of apartment living, but Sundance is different than any other complex I have lived at and truly feels like home.

Sundance is not only a beautiful complex to live at, but the staff is also awesome. I have never lived at an apartment where the staff remembers my birthday. They even left a card and small gift at my apartment door! It made my day! On Valentines day I came home and there were all kinds of treats in the lobby for everyone! Management does things like this monthly and I just love it. I am so thankful to have people who care about my home as much as I do. If you are looking for an apartment in Bismarck, Sundance is the way to go! A HUGE thank you to everyone working at Sundance and all you do for us!

As travel healthcare workers, my husband and I have lived in various apartments from coast to coast. I can sincerely say that Sundance is the best apartment complex we’ve lived in, hands down! Let’s start with the front office staff. We have never met people as kind, thoughtful and helpful as Colleen and Cassidy. Relocating is stressful enough and these ladies have made our relocation seamless and smooth. If any problems arise, they are there to help as quickly as possible. The complex is clean, updated and very well kept. We love the heated underground garage, gym and lounge areas. The location of the complex is in a peaceful and safe part of town. If you want the best apartment in Bismarck, Sundance is the place for you!

I have lived at a few apartment complexes and Sundance is by far the best. It is clean, quiet, and has great management. I have only submitted 1 work order and maintenance was at my door within 1 hour to fix the issue. They are professional and I couldn't ask for better people to manage my home. The amenities are better than anywhere in town. You get a pool, fitness center, trash chutes, community room with a pool table and it is all well taken care of. I love it and it is well worth paying a few extra dollars for. I would highly recommend Sundance to anyone looking for an apartment in the Bismarck area. 5 star community by far! "a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise (which there has not been many) . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and the parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful place to live."

I have been living at this apartment building for about six months now and cannot say I have had anything bad to say. The staff was very helpful through the application process and continue to be with any questions I may have. Everyone is very friendly around the apartments and everything is kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a place they can call home.

I have lived in a few different apartment complexes in the Bismarck area. I have to say this is the first one I would call home. As well as call a community rather than a complex. It's a very inviting atmosphere when you walk in the door. There is always someone around to help with any questions or concerns. Everyone is so professional and polite. The apartments themselves are very clean and best of all, quiet. I very much enjoy the community room that I can get too from my home without going outside. I could be snowed in and be content with everything this community has to offer all in one building. Also, I still cannot get over the amazing views I have from home here. It's like havimg a beautiful piece of moving art on the wall. When it's really just looking out your window. Sundance is by far the best quality place to live in Bismarck, ND. I highly recommend this community if you want a place that truly feels like home.

3ish on a Thursday afternoon 1/14/16, rang bell to get access into lobby. Was greeted upon a Woman asking how she could assist me. I explained I wanted to view some availability, she said without hesitation I needed to schedule an appointment! Now granted, I am no slob and was dressed in a tie/suit and had my Wife in town with me visiting sites to relocate. There is no notice stating an appointment is needed to view except on Saturday's. There was no line and the phone as I could here was not ringing. I left immediately and said I am not making an appointment. I was I had said, okay - I would like an appointment for 5 minutes from this time and got here reaction. Very bad management/people skills in a market that is having a decline in rentals - I will take my Family somewhere else. Note to Owners/Investors - if you look at this - you need someone who has people skills, because without them you will have no tenants. Thanks

Let me start by saying the apartments are brand new and are very nice living spaces. However, I do think they are greatly over-priced. I get a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for $1,040/month. Do not get me wrong, the apartment and the complex itself are very nice. It comes with a balcony, central air conditioning, garbage disposal, washer/dryer in unit and a dish washer. All of these things are great, but they do not feel worth the money. Particularly because you have to pay electric, heat, water, sewage and garbage on top. I can understand all the utilities, except garbage. Each unit does not have its own dumpster. There is a communal garbage chute. If we are all paying the same price for garbage, I find it incredibly unfair. There is no way, I by myself, create as much waste as say a family of four living here. Pets are welcome, which was a huge plus for me. They also have an in-ground pool, underground parking and a small exercise facility, which in reality is just a treadmill and stationary bike. I choose not to utilize the pool as it's always infested with children. I've only dealt with one member of the staff in the front office. She is rather rude and condescending. She is also not very organized. We were hit with a bunch of surprise charges on the day of our move-in, which had not been discussed or even mentioned prior to and I saw it happen to a couple other folks that were moving in that day as well. All-in-all it's a pretty average place.
