Sundance apartments used to be great under their previous management. The staff cared and they stayed true to their word. Now management is rude, disrespectful, and do not care for anyone who lives in these apartments. This coupled with the dramatic increase in rent causes me to warn anybody away from this place. Until replacements are made within the office, there is no hope of improvement.
Sundance Apartments is a great place to live.I needed a place in Cheyenne for starting a new job, so I moved into Sundance Apartments. I lived there for seven years and it was comfortable and it also provided great amenities that allowed me concentrate solely on work. A washer and dryer inside the unit, a dedicated parking spot, and a 24hour gym. The property manger is very personable and the maintenance staff will promptly helped with any issues. Sundance Apartments are a great place to live, for singles, couples, families and retirees. The complex is nice looking, quiet, safe, and very well maintained. I am living there for five and a half years now and I am planning on staying for many years to come. The office and maintenance staff is very friendly, understanding, and helpful, they often go out of their way to resolve an issue. The amenities are more luxurious that in many highly priced condominiums. I believe that Sundance Apartments are the best apartments in the whole city of Cheyenne.
I have lived here for almost a year and am pleased I chose to live here. The property is very well-maintained, organized with great communication with tenants via email. Any problems are addressed and corrected or repaired promptly. I also feel VERY SAFE living here. The pool, hot tub and workout facility for residents is great! All of the staff are courteous and friendly, ready to help at all times. I especially appreciate that walks, stairs and parking lots are cleared of snow in the winter, before one gets up in the morning. PLUS satellite and wi-fi are included in the rent.....BONUS! Keep up the great work Tina and Staff!
I have lived here for about a week and I am very impressed for the most part.THE nicest amenity is that the master bathroom is gigantic ...I mean big enough to put a twin bed in if you are so inclined.The apartment itself is very clean.I love the full washer and drier in the apartment.No running to the laundry mat...ugh.I also love that there is no income restrictions.So many apartments cater to the low income that I am shut out with my income.Very frustrating.I loce that they allow pets.Not many apartments allow thst.What I don't like: the parking sucks.I live in G building which is an interior building.My assigned space is about a mile from my apartment.I park in one of the unsigned spots near my building but boy is is hard to find an open space.There are very few spots.Be prepared for a very long walk to your apartment if you live in an interior building.If you have groceries to unload,that sucks even more.Unfortunately, the handicapped folks in my building take it upon themselves to not only use their handicapped space but block the loading zone right next to the handicapped spot for other residents.Not cool.I will be reporting that to the office tomorrow. All in all its a nice,very quiet complex.
Apartments in a wide open field-see for miles.They are newer-grounds are well kept.Have safe play areas,very nice pool area,clubhouse and workout room.They enjoy pets-grounds kept clean by owners and staff-found this to be a nice surprise.It is a long walk to restaurants,downtown and shopping.They have a city bus,a dollar for anywhere,pretty cool.One thing i dont like-the AC,and heating units are in the apt closet and out side directly under windows-so very loud.Otherwise,peacefull,and friendly.Cheyenne is small,and has a feeling of less stress and this shows in apt living.A good feeling of openness!!!!! I have lived at Sundance apartments for almost a year now and I love the community and the staff at the office. The staff has always been very nice and helpful anytime I have questions, they are also very good at communicating anything going on with the apartments via email or nots at your apartment door. I like the spaciousness of the apartment. There is tons of storage space. I also like the fact that they include satilite and Internet into your rent so it's one bill. Keep it up Sundance!
These are probably the nicest apartments in Cheyenne. They come in 1-3 bed rooms and allow small animals for an additional rent fee. They also have a pool, hot tub, and workout room on location for residents personal use. For the most part very family friendly and quiet.
The apartment is clean and we'll kept. Construction is occurring right now so noise is at a higher level. The best feature in the front office is the leasing agent Tina. She has been exceptionally helpful to me many times. She is prompt courteous and has often gone above and beyond to help me in many instances.
I found this property to be overly priced. The extra's that you to pay for are unbelievable. I don't have a home phone, I don't pay for my cable( I work for the company) and yet you have to take a pakage that for me is unnecessary. They should list these as apartments for sale and not for rent. I say this because for what you have to pay for you might as well be buying it. Others that have viewed this apartment have said the samething.
