I love my apartment because it is very spacious and lots of storage with 1040 square feet. It is very nice sitting out on my balcony year round. It is quiet and peaceful here and I love that aspect. I enjoy watching the kids playing outside and there is a nice playground for the children and a lovely pool and picnic area for the whole family to enjoy. Sunnydale has all the amenities I need. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is trustworthy, and I have no fear allowing them in my home if I'm not there, they always do a good job and don't leave a mess. The best of all it is a pet friendly community. The grounds are kept up nicely year round. The location is ideal with schools, shopping, restaurants and easy access to the interstate. I love it here, this is why I call Sunnydale Estates Home.

Many of the Residents that have left the complex have the same complaints as I do. We sign a lease, like all residents agreeing to comply with rules and regulations. The complaints are two many people smoking drugs in their apartment the smell and fumes permeates the throughout the complex, sometimes it is the first thing one smells as you enter the complex. There is something management can do, they refuse to do it and tell us, that is just apartment living. Pit bulls are a restricted breed, yet there are many tenants that have more than one pit bulls, we have taken pictures of one apartment in question because they had two full grown pit bulls and now they have added a third. This leads me to believe the lease has been formatted to meet corporate and real estate standards, so management can pass inspections . If anyone told management sometimes people do not pay their rent, that is apartment living, tenants would be evicted! There is no accountability and tenants are doing whatever they please which makes other tenants miserable and it is not fair to those tenants that adhere to the lease. I cannot recommend or refer anyone with a good conscious because I know my friends would hate this place!

I cannot honestly give an excellent review. Overall it is quiet with the exception of an occasional car blasting music in the parking lot or a neighbor playing music too loud. Many people throughout complex smoke weed. The strong odor comes into the apartment I live in through the cabinets of the kitchen and bathrooms, bedroom closets and through the floors. This very irritating and has caused headaches, throat and eye irritation. Sometimes the odor hits you in the face as soon as you open the door entering in the building, this also happens in the building where the office is located. Signs posted in buildings about no illegal drugs allowed on premises, however it continues because the acts aren't witnessed and mgmt isn't aggressive about non tolerance, which is in everyone's lease. Also, the company advertises dog restrictions, but allows tenants to live here with aggressive breeds, i.e. Pit Bulls that I've witnessed off their leash in common areas. Company advertises dog park, however, people walk their dogs everywhere and quite a few don't clean up after them. Apartment living isn't perfect, however people should be respectful of others who live in the same complex and mgmt should follow their own rules. I would recommend against moving here.

Unsafe neighborhood and unorganized leasing office. Laundry only takes a laundry card which you must put money on in the main office. Only one washer and dry per unit of 12 apartments. Outdated appliances. Slow maintenance. Moved in and apartment wasn’t fully ready. Flooring in bathroom and kitchen are lifted and pulled up exposing concrete. The paint they’ve painted the shower with lifts and peels creating a mess and a danger to pets and children. Grounds are a mess and residents do not clean up after their pets. Some residents let their pets urinate and defecate on their balcony, cause horrid smells and safety issues. Have lived here for two years and nothing has changed.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! These people are CON artist, the office personnel are RUDE, SNOTTY, LIARS!! I was told 1 thing as I was applying, and put my $100 hold fee down. Here it is TWO MONTHS later, NO APARTMENT and my hold fee NON REFUNDABLE!! I called the office about it and was told it’s past 72 hours so I can get my hold fee back, I’m like “how is that possible when I still don’t have an apartment, no one has contacted me, NOTHING” the guy says “well we have a unit coming available June 21st” Um yeah I needed to move June 1st!!! I asked to speak to a manger and he refused to let me saying “ anything she can tell you, I can tell you”!! Like seriously who says that??!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this complex to an enemy!!!
I love our apartment. We have 4 closets. 2 which have built in shelves plus each bedroom has a closet with the master bedroom having a walk in closet so that is a total of six. Pet friendly, nice pool and playground. Maintenance staff works very hard on upkeep and keeping clean. Laundry in every building pretty grounds with lots of older trees gives that country feel in the city

Here at Sunnydale Estates we have beautiful updates inside and out! Playground, Volleyball, Swimming pool and a track to ride bikes, walk etc. They are remodeling the community hall that we could use (reserve for free) for children's parties in such. Laundry room in every building with storage unit for every apartment. Beautiful balconies overlooking the play area with grills included, the back side has balconies overlooking the parking lot with tons a great parking space! I love it here it's quiet most of time even with quiet hours. We have Toledo police security and a pretty cool management team. I love where I call home, I'm sure you will too if you moved here.
