Property Ratings at Sunnydale
It is close to everything the light rail within walking distance and so close to Southcenter Mall, pretty quiet neighborhood I lived here for about 4 years and had to move back to my home state. The new leasing agent was pretty nice and helpful. I love there is have assigned coved parking, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because of the outdated appliances and interior for the price that you are paying they are in much need of an upgrade. Also not a lot of visitors parking they get taken by the residents who have multiple cars. Overall, great place to live, if I were to move back I would consider Sunnydale again.
