If there’s not enough horse riding and cattle drives to suit your taste, then you must take a trip on over to the Clovis Rodeo. My experience in this complex was excellent, cleanliness, neighbors, staff friendly. Hilda the manager always helpful and super excellent customer service, she’s always very responsive. I left this complex because my job otherwise I will continue living here. This is a really good place to live.

everything here is amazing and on point. Office staff and maintenance respond FAST... and they take care of the problem, concern or provide a good explanation, promptly and w excellence. They have excellent people skills. The apt itself feels like brand new beautiful house. Neighbors are polite and chill. Its a small 80 unit complex so parking is always seconds away. It feels super safe 24/7. You don't have to worry about your car or personal safety. Sunnyhills is BEAUTIFUL!

We have been in our cozy appt for 16 months and have loved every moment. These apartments have it all! Excellent design with high end appliances and wonderful staff. We have always been treated great with any concern we have had. Maintenance has been ready for any small thing we may have needed along the way with little to no wait time. I'll cut to the chase and say if you are serious about cleanliness, modern and state-of-the-art appliances and materials as well as, what feels like, a 5-star concierge service team exemplifying the highest form of respect and professionalism for their lovely neighbors/tenants and themselves, call their office. Seriously. They cannot wait to pick up your calls to answer any questions your heart desires to find answers to. Claudia, the on-site manager and her amazing co-workers are essentially the dream team behind Sunnyhills's satisfactory living experience. I'll leave on this: They will work with you to the best of their abilities to comfortably get you situated into your new sweet home. A life at Sunnyhills is a life well spent. Sunnyhills Apartment complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. We have enjoyed this location in Clovis. The Management team members are always friendly and professional. Our experience at Sunnyhills has been outstanding. We recently renewed our lease for a second year. Sunnyhills supports our lifestyle. We give Sunnyhills five (5) stars.
I am a fairly new resident at Sunnyhills Apartments and I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with Angie (who is the Lease Manager), and Jose (who is the maintenance person). They both go above and beyond in making sure everyone is happy and that our apartments are always in perfect working order. I even got a phone call from Angie the other day letting me know that the battery on my keyless door system was low and wanted to know when it would be convenient for Jose to come and replace it. The grounds in the complex are always spotless and well maintained and Angie and Jose go out of their way to immediately address any issues that come up. I could not be happier with my choice to move to Sunnyhills Apartments!
For being brand new, everything is breaking. Freezer frost bites all the food, the front door doesn’t close and have to have maintenance come fix it every 2 weeks, latch system is god awful to deal with since it never works and the showers are so tiny. Have had stuff broken since I moved in and it’s been months and still haven’t come to fix it. It’s always “we’ll take a pic to send to head of maintenance” then no one ever comes to actually fix it. As for the office staff, they’re of no help. I reported something not working and gave the ok to come in the next week and month later I finally went in and pointed out they never fixed it. I asked for copies of my rental agreement that they were supposed to give me when I moved in (their printer was out of ink) and here I am months later after asking a SECOND time still no papers. Water bill makes zero sense, the first said it was billed two months at a time...but I get a bill every month and every single month it goes up! Doesn’t matter how many people are actually on your lease, it’s how many CAN be that’s dictates what you pay. They never send a breakdown of the actual costs or how it’s calculated. Also they have only one entrance/exit and there’s no emergency exits in the back so if there was a fire how would you get out? It’s beyond ridiculous with the rules, they seem to be good at keeping track of what tenants are doing but for some reason can’t keep up with maintenance. You’re not at home here, you’re basically living with mom and dad again and need to keep your nose clean.
I took a tour a few weeks ago and I could not believe how beautiful these apartments are! The design is incredible! The leasing agent, Hilda, was super informative. She took her time in showing me the different types of model units they have and she answered every question I asked. Once my lease is up at my current place I am definitely going to be applying here!
We just found our new home and we're so excited! Sunnyhills Apartments is beautiful!! The complex is new so everything is modern and so clean. I think my favorite part are the vaulted ceilings. It didn't take much to make the decision to sign a lease! So excited to move in!
Moving in general is stressful and can be overwhelming but making the decision to sign a lease at Sunnyhills Apartments eliminated all worry. Rebeca, the Resident Manager, could not have been kinder or more helpful! I felt safe and the complex is clean and quiet. I would highly recommend!
I just recently moved to the Fresno/Clovis area from Canada and have been looking across multiple websites to find somewhere to settle. I was very pleased to find Sunnyhills here. I started with the online 3D tour however was skeptical as other apartments I had toured looked better online in pictures than they did in person. I booked an in-person tour and found that this was not the case with Sunnyhills. I felt like I already had a great idea of the property, size and layout of the unit I was interested in along with the many amenities the property offered, everything is accurately listed. I had lots of unique questions and Patrece was able to sit down and work with me on a one-on-one basis. Both Patrece and Rebeca really made me feel comfortable and welcome. The property is brand new and the apartment I toured still smelled like fresh paint with new stickers still on the appliances! I will be moving-in in about 1 week and am very excited, the area looks quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend you check this place out in person, you will be welcomed and you won't be disappointed.
