Property Ratings at Sunpointe
I just moved in about a month ago and I love this place. My neighbor's are friendly and clean community! The apartment manager is very nice and caring. I have not had any issues at all. Nice and calm view from the balcony. The only complaint is the parking. If you dont have a parking spot, finding visitor parking can be hard to find. Makes me feel like I'm at home.
The units are clean, comfortable, and of a decent size. The management and maintenance staff are courteous and helpful. If I have one complaint, it would only be about the parking. There is no covered parking, the spots are narrow, and visitor parking can be hard to come by from time to time. All in all, however, it is a good property within easy driving distance to plenty of shopping.
Staff courteous, professional, and caring. Maintenance responds quickly and appropriately. A safe, quiet, great place to live.
My husband and I moved in about a month ago. The management and maintenance crew are on top of things. Quick to fix or repair things. Nice and quiet and the view from our balcony are great !!!!! I would definitely recommend these apartments and give them a 5.
This place had an excellent deal for me I couldn't pass up the affordability; this complex is peaceful, quiet and has nice Neighbors. Definitely feels like home.
We lived here for 2.5 years. Management went through some changes but the current team and a dynamic duo! Seriously, if you have an issue, let them know. If your apartment needs attentions, let them know. They find a great balance between being friendly with residents, to maintaining a professional demeanor. The apartments are decent sized. Parking was an issue, but that is what its like everywhere with only one entrance/exit. My little dogs were loved on by most everyone and my teen enjoyed the heated pool. This was a great little apartment to live in. You will love it too!
I have rented here for 2 and a half years. I have found that Sunpointe is a peaceful complex and quite for the most part. The management staff is outstanding and live on site which is a plus. Maintenance staff are friendly and resolve things quickly. Although the units are older the grounds are keep up nicely. The only down side would be visitor parking which can be a challenge sometimes. Over all I would give it 5 stars and recommend it to others as a great place to live.
I like that complex is small. I like that it is close to the bus stop. Very quiet which is good. Property manager and leasing consultant are very nice. Our place is spacious for our little family & I personally think its a beautiful apartment. I love the jaccuzzi tub. Huge w/d. Close to stores. What I wish could be fixed.. -Move water heater out of coat closet. -Put railings on all patios. - Reduce either the pet rent or pet deposit. - Update kitchen appliances
Me and my wife moved in about 8 months ago and we really like Sunpointe. They really helped us to get in and we haven't had any problems.
A peaceful and fun place for kids good size rooms a perfect place for a family starting out
BEWARE they create bogus charges to get money they didn't earn. We have rented in Portland and in other cities for for the past four years together and NEVER have we been treated this badly. We started off without a working stove and it took almost TWO months for us to have a relatively smoke free apartment even though at the time we gave our deposit and the apartment was vacant this could have been remedied. Upon move in until we closed we reported over two dozen noise complaints for our neighbors and nothing was ever done about it. On top of that not enough parking for the residents, kids climbing on cars and screaming (including our own), vandalism, and a lovely stale disgusting smell of smoke constantly in the apartment complex. You are suppose to provide a safe and habitable environment and you didn't. Sunpointe will only provide you with maltreatment and atrocious living conditions. There are plenty other places in Gresham elsewhere more affordable, cleaner and quieter to say the least.
These are good apartments to live at. A plus is the management and maintenance live in the same apartments you do. There is a quick response to an issue. Rates are not very competitive, but the environment is friendly. The location is close to major shopping and public transportation. We like that we feel safe here knowing there are other areas that have had strong reviews of crime. We like that our kids can feel safe.
This is your average apartment complex. I have lived in apartments my whole life. There is absolutely nothing special about it. They are older, no clubhouse, but there is a pool. The one thing that is great is the manager. He is a very helpful and hardworking manager.
