I went to the office just to say there was a problem at home and they called the police. They reported me.
Le daré 2.5 estrellas sigo viviendo aquí y puedo asegurar que es muy insuficiente la atención administración y en general todos los apartamentos la limpieza del condominio no es buena los dumpers no son suficientes, los espacios de estacionamiento son diminutos lo que provoca muchos problemas, las órdenes de servicio las marcan como realizadas y en realidad jamás vienen, la amabilidad y cortesía de nuestras representantes administrativas dependen de sus problemas personales más probablemente que de su profesionalismo en fin cumpliré con mi contrato igual que siempre pero no lo recomiendo a nadie más para vivir.

4 stars is a rating too high for this community. A rating of 3 or less fits best. Personally, I think this place is not so far from disgusting. It is poorly built and maintained. The price for an apartment at this community is too inflated for that matter. Residents, not all, deserve much more for what they're paying for. Research on why you shouldn't rent here. If you choose to anyway, be prepared to be disappointed.

I lived here from 2017-2019 and we had a roach infestation for the entire two years. We fogged, put roach traps and put multiple work orders for pest control but the entire building was infested. So it did not matter if we took care of our own apartment the roaches would still come back. The gates to the apartment were broken and never fixed for the entire time I stayed at this complex. There was an active shooter situation in 2019 and the apartment complex did not send anything out to its residents about What happened or the lockdown that was in effect for most of the morning. Overall not a great place to live but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. The only saving grace for this apartment complex was their Maintenace team if you put a work order in one day it would more than likely be fixed the following day.
This is by far the worst apartment complex in Austin. From management to the staff the environment the people living here and the apartment itself is the worst. It took them 2 months to repair my place after it flooded because they hadn't cleaned the drains and they hadn't repaired a crack in my wall. The manager blamed mother nature and we got no discount or temp place to stay. They use the lease as they see fit to screw you over and charge you extra. And if you say anything they try to evict you. Save yourself time, money, and frustration, do not rent here.
