Sunrise Center Apartments

Honestly living here for the past 3 years have been great. Anytime I had an issue they would come in 24 hours or less. My kids liked the area and the pool was always clean in the summer time. There were a lot of different schools in the area for my children which I also liked.

Terrible Apartment. Great location. Roaches and terrible management. I had a new baby here and found roaches within three months. Management blamed on neighbors and told me I can get my unit sprayed. Disgusting!

This apartment has new cabinets, nice flooring and a lot of room. I enjoy the area and management is attentive to questions and concerns. I moved in three months ago and have not had any issues and have no complaints. My neighbors are awesome, I recommend this place and just like everywhere there will be issues but nothing that can't get resolved and management is good about doing so.

This apartment is so close to Sunrise Mall. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. The staff is so helpful, friendly and always puts the residents first. Really recommend this place.

I rarely give poor reviews but this place is really deserving. We landed here after a move from another state. I knew something was fishy when the woman doing the walkthrough kept turning on all the faucets saying "see hot water". I also had to force her to sign off on damage to the unit she said she "already pre-checked". Hmm. We do not have an updated unit and I could complain about all the cosmetic; but what is most alarming are the continued hot water problems, roaches (I've never lived anywhere with roaches) loud music, everyone smokes around me, some tenants inside their apartment. The neighbor below me has threatened my next door neighbors children and my children multiple times I had to file for a restraining order. Drugs are rampant and homeless in trash every morning. It's a convenient location but police have notified us that it is an unfavourable area. Lots of units have bedbugs and a neighbor told me you can get them from the complex washers as they've been seen in there. My only pro is the mature landscaping is beautiful and Janet has been helpful in responding to concerns. Though after a year here nothing has been resolved. We've had all these problems since moving in. Save your money, find a better place.

Management is timely about concerns. Beautiful mature trees on grounds. Have had many problems with hot water and cockroaches. First apartment I've ever lived in with a roach problem. Pest control warned about many apartments having had bed bug problems, so glad they're updating with hard flooring. Washers rarely work, be prepared to wash offsite. Very strict guidelines for outdoor decor/plants. You'll see transients in the trash every morning and sadly the area isn't the greatest. I'd give it overall one star if It wasn't for managment. Currently, Janet has been very helpful.

every unit has roaches, you can see them scurry around on the ground outside. be prepared to buy traps every 3 months to keep them at bay in your unit. management will not help you. we also went 4 months without hot water in our unit. management did not respond until we threatened them with legal action. do not get trapped into this place like we did. we ran as soon as our lease was up, before they raised the roach infested rent

This is more than just an apartment it has felt like home. The staff here treat you like family. From the beautiful grounds, sparkling pool, BBQ areas, and amazing laundry facilities and gym you will love it here. The apartments are gorgeous inside with a lot of storage space and large you don't feel like you're living in a box. There is so much to do with the Sunrise Mall across the street, close to shopping and restaurants.

Staff at Sunrise Center have been very helpful. We completed our application process within a week. Kept us updated as to what was pending and they were flexible with our work schedules. Accomodated times to meet with us. Very nice ladies. Made us feeled welcome from day 1. Apartments are roomy and very clean. Haven’t had any issues at all everything has been great! You cannot go wrong by renting from here

Close to everything, spacious and management always completes work requests when i need them. I was given a clean apartment with no roaches, most people are friendly and property is always picked up in the mornings by maintenance. I see them outside when i come home from dropping off my kids. They have pest control FREE of charge we just need to let them know.

These apartments are absolutely disgusting there's homeless people there's crime trust me you don't want your children in this place they only want your money to get you in here they don't return phone calls they don't care loud music everywhere do not move here

Pros - rent never changes Cons - ROACHES!!!!!!!! No matter what apartment you’re in. I kept my apartment clean with my newborn son, and we got them. Also, the hot water never seems to get hot

Seriously, I had just moved into my new home, completely renovated. Beautiful flooring, cabinets, counter tops, and appliances.... The whole community is always so cleaned up and organized. Pool on my god the pool, it sparkles and it is so much fun! This community is great

I've been here for three years and i don't want to move anywhere else. My neighbors are all amazing and my apartment is always repaired when i need something done. I have yet to see a bug because i keep my apartment clean and organized.

I've checked the prices in the area and they are so much higher than here. Even with the rent raise it is still fair especially because we are in a great location with the mall right in front of us. The skating rink is right next door and my children love to go there and i don't need to drive. Sprouts, Lowes, Marshall's, Starbucks and Walmart are right around the corner. The schools in the area are great and management does their best. This is a perfect place for my children and I. Thanks Sunrise Center for giving me the opportunity to live here being a single parent and first time renter.

I never really enjoyed apartment living anyways. Apartments arnt all that great when you can just buy a house and not have to live so close to other people. I became very picky with apartments after this one

I have live at Sunrise Center Apartments for 2 years now and love it. I still live here and it is the best place to call home for me and my family. We love the community everything is always very clean and well maintained. The leasing manager is very professional genuinely person here always helping with any problem you may have. The pool and gym are always clean. The best thing about these apartments are the balconies and spacious living areas and bedrooms to please any family size. This apartment community has on site security. If you're looking for a quite,clean, safe place to live with children chose Sunrise Center Apartments.

My husband and I have lived here a little over 1 year and we absolutely love it. The office staff are very responsive and genuinely care about the residents. Requests are answered very quickly. The apartments are beautiful inside and out and very spacious. There is a sense of community here and we feel very safe. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a new place.

1. Cockroaches that management knows about and does NOTHING about. I treat my apartment, but as we all know, EVERY unit must be treated in order to control the issue. 2. There is NO HOT WATER. Seriously. Management knows there is a problem but treats it like it just "your unit". It's not. It is EVERY unit. Is this even legal?? 3. I have only lived here less than a year and have also, as the other reviewer, become "good friends" with the police. My car was broken into and trashed. 4. Families looking to live here BEWARE!!! You do not want your child living here. You cant even give them a warm bath. 5. Don't plan on doing laundry since it is always closed and the office that lets you in are rarely there. 6. Most people that live here, do not work. Be weary of a very full parking lot at all times. People with nothing to do all day get bored and will steal anything you leave out. Cant wait to move.
