The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

Property Ratings at Sunrise Lancaster Apartments
I lived in this apartment complex for 1 whole year. I had so many bad experiences with them that o don’t know where to start 1- They require too much for deposit when the apartment was so outdated and not functional They also charge for a cleaning fee before you move In. Which was just a scam. When I moved in the place was dusty, filthy, blinds where broken, sinks where yellow and they had the courage to say someone actually cleaned the place before I move in. 2- once I moved the dishwasher was leaking and it took forgot them to come “see it” because apparently checking something out for them is just look at it. They never fixed it Then I had a leaky wall in the bathroom at night time on a Saturday I couldn’t get a hold of anybody by phone or office because no one works on the weekends there and it took again forever to get it fix So at the end when o moved out they charged me almost $500 from my deposit just for painting a tiny hole from the size of a screw that I made to hang my tv in the room that was wait too much specially just for painting because I took the time to filling the hole and sand it on my own. This place is ridiculous bad management bad service please if you work hard for your money DO NOT give it to this people.
Living here during the fall is pretty good but as soon as the heat comes so do the roaches and other bugs. Had to move ????
She took my deposit in November 2015 and told us the apartment would be ready before Christmas, well she kept giving us excuses until I was finally allowed to move in on February 12 of 2016. Also before she would allow us to sign the lease papers she demanded that I bring my son with me to her so she could see if I could care for my child because I am disabled and in a wheelchair. She demanded a pet deposit for my service dog even though I had doctors papers. She never did a walk-through with me when I first got my keys and when I saw the inside of my apartment I broke down in tears because it was so disgusting. After following several times because the toilet was nowhere near ADA requirements I asked her to replace it with one that was, and her response was that I need to get the city to give me one because "they always get free stuff like that to you people". Finally she replaced it with a toilet that was a little bit taller but still not within the ADA requirements, that was also used and had a ring etched into the inner bowl. We had multiple break in attempts to the point I had to get a handgun just feel safe. Then my service dog got his toes stuck in a broken drain that I ask her to fix repeatedly, that required the fire department to cut him along with the drain still attached to his foot out. She refused to fix the hole in my tub until we paid for her to upgraded it to a handicap tub. We ended up having to get the county involved and they made her replace it, which only took a less than $700 bathtub shell to fix, after I went almost 2 months with no bathtub. She is a hateful greedy woman who sees all the people who rent in this complex as beneath her, to the point that she treats us is if we aren't even human. She will try everything to not fix the problem, and if she is forced to fix it she will find the cheapest way possible to. I left in the middle of April 2017, after having Merry Maids professionally deep clean the entire unit, and I have still yet to be giving either my deposit or a detailed explanation of charges, which is against the law to take more than 30 days to do so.
I have lived here for 30 days and in that small amount of time I have had my property stolen, ther scum of the city lives here. This is not a safe place to live. The inside of the apartments are infested with roaches and black mold. The units are hazardous to your health and not up to health code. Mainentance requests are ignored and the owner is pure evil! Tenants steal from one another and let their kids run wild in the complex. DO NOT RENT! You will thank me later!!!
I've been searching around for a nice quiet place for my kids and I in Lancaster. You think it would be easier but I can tell you it isn't. Until I came across this complex.. Very quiet and clean. I do have to say that this place does keep out the Riff Raff. If there are any issues with the apartment, the management makes sure to get it taken care of as soon as possible. Nice pool area and the people are friendly. Sort of feels like a resort area in Big Bear Lake. I recommend this place to those who like PEACE AND QUIET
I'm a new tenant been living here for about two weeks and so far so good. It's very quite here and everyone is pretty much to themselves. I live in a simple one bedroom apartment. I would refer this apartment space to someone who is in there early twenties because it isn't two big it's nice and small and tidy. The bathroom is pretty big which is what I like and also a nice patio with storage space. Right next to the hospital and plenty other places to shop and eat out. There is a swimming area which I don't like too much because it is surrounded by trees so it's Constantly dirty but the playground is nice for the kids. The management here is pretty nice and helpful
Hurry!! Hurry!! There is no reason to wait till sunset with this mini family dream palace. These rooms are fit for a queen and nothing less with there unique gorgeous layouts, high ceilings, cushioned carpet and extra storage space . You are guaranteed peace and quiet from noisy neighbors, cockroaches and bedbugs. Unlike any other Apartment in Lancaster, you will have a staff that caters like no other, on call 24/7. Let the kids enjoy a real park feel playground. Look no further, DON'T WASTE GAS, DON'T REGRET!.
The apartments are nice, quiet. I enjoy living here also it's clean. I'm signing up for this because me and my mom have been struggling and trying to find jobs to pay the rest of the rent so this would really help out.
I like it, it's quiet sometimes and it's clean, there's space.
