Be Advised!
As a former tenant, I advise everyone against this apt. The landlord will not return deposits or pay for appliance and water damage repairs and breaks several housing code laws. He is also very difficult to contact. The building is unsafe and unsanitary to live in, yet nothing has changed in 5 years.
