Property Ratings at Sunrise Wood Apartments
I have lived at Sunrise Wood with my son for almost a year and we really like it here. The location is great, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. More importantly, there are lots of parks within a few miles and his school is right down the street. The apartments themselves are clean and updated. The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The property is really beautiful with all of the redwood trees . I have only talked to the office staff a few times since I've moved in and each time they have been friendly, helpful and quick to resolve my issue. We like it here so much that we are going to renew our lease or another year.
I have been here almost two years and I love it! It is clean, quite, and comfortable; easy access to wherever I need to go. The apartment layout is very functional. The office staff are like family, and they get things done in a timely manner. With all the redwood trees I always feel like I am on vacation in Lake Tahoe!
My wife and I love these apartments. We have lived here for over a year and we have had a great experience here. We have referred a lot of our friends to live here and a lot have moved in. It is quiet here and management is awesome. We also love the layout and square footage of our apartment.
