Love Love Sunset Lodge! It truly has the best staff in the office and the maintenance is wonderful too. It feels like home every time we go into the office. I refer everyone I know that is looking for an apartment to come to Sunset Lodge. Oh I do get a check from Sunset for referring people so that's nice extra money for me. Thanks again Sunset for all you do to keep us happy.
We have lived here going on two years now and haven't had any issues. Janice and Carlos have been amazing and have helped us with any concerns very quickly. The maintenance staff is awesome during hours and have been very quick, for me (have literally responded within minutes even after hours to help with any issues.) The grounds are well kept and the pool area is very nice. I love that they have the separate toddler wading pool area for smaller kids. The gym is clean and has enough equipment to get in a good quick workout for both men and women. The one time I had to call the courtesy officer he was quick to respond.

We've lived here over 8 months and I have had no problems here. Our neighbors are great, the maintenance staff has been super quick and very respectful and have helped even with the most minor things very quickly. They also keep the grounds looking great. I have had people park in my covered parking a couple times now and the courtesy officer has been very fast to respond. The office staff has turned over a couple of people since we've moved here but since I rarely ever have to go in there it's not a big deal for me. The gym equipment is clean and not broken. The Elementary school that is designated for this area is brand new and top of the line. Other than the gate never being shut since I first moved in, I haven't had any problems. I'd give it a 4.5 star

Staff is not very responsive. "Courtesy officer" doesn't do anything. The front gate has not worked since I moved in (June) still no word when it will be fixed.

I love Sunset Lodge Apartments! the office staff is amazing & go over and beond to make it living here the best in town. They are always so friendly & willing to help. I saw the comment below & know its not the office fault when it comes to breaking your lease this is why we sign a lease. I am sure if it was up to the office staff they would help in anyway they could but this is their job & must follow the lease. Thanks Sunset for all your hard work!

I will call my apartment A Home because it has everything that makes a home a home but The employee's are not helpful in terms of early contract termination due to some circumstances and Job relocation. .Thank you
What can I say... So that myself and my family don't become homeless. I'm working nights covering as many hours to make due and even then it seems I always get stuck behind the 8ball. I have a special needs brother who lives with me along with my mother who can't seem to find work even with all her schooling! It's a rough time all around and I'm behind completely honest about the situation where in hopes there is a miracle that can be sent to help. We live in a two bedroom two bath apartment that rents for 1800 a month which is extremely high bc of the oil field area that we live in even though oil is declining in the region. I sleep on the floor in the living and have been for months.. this apartment comes with a washer an dryer so no need to spend money on the laundry mat, it also includes refrigerator and dish washer all modern appliances. It has granite countops in the bathroom and wood in the kitchen. Cabinets are red oak, there's two walk in closets in both rooms and closet need the entrance as well as storage closet. There is also a patio and the complex is pet friendly, there is a pool and weight room with all new workout equipment.. Apart from my personal battles, I hope this review gives you a idea of the apartment thank you for you're time.
