Property Ratings at Sunset Ridge Apartments
yes the 2 bedrooms apartments are small and no storage. yes the maintenence men are rude and it takes forever to get anything fixed. and most times you have to fix the broken things yourself or just deal with it and they like to bully single women or anyone who they feel is weak. yes its impossible to get ahold of the landlord because the phone is off and voicemail is always full. none of this is good but the worse for me is a dangerous mentally ill person living in my building who has caused damage and constant stress and drama for the rest of us in the building. the landlords will do nothing about this person. they make promises to do something but nothing ever happens. im afraid to leave my apartment to go to the laundry room with the old beat up washer and 2 dryers because im afraid i will have a run in with this person. we are not safe. i pray every night this person wont flood us again or burn us out. this person leaves nasty things in front of our doors and wanders the hallways talking to themselves. we cant relax or enjoy or apartments because at any time this person will let out blood curdling screams and cry and sob or bang and slam things. the police and ems are here about once a week and a crisis team who this person refuses to let in. this is causing so much stress and anxiety for the rest of us tenants and the landlords wont help us. the only option we seem to have is to learn to deal with this or move. so much for tenants having rights. not here.
I live here now and I'm very unhappy here. The previous review on this page is spot on and Sunset Ridge has no amenities what so ever. The landlords are very rude and nasty and really do not like to fix things here. The neighbors aren't nice here either. I'm hoping to get out of here and can't wait.
There are no storage units, stainless steel appliances or walk-in closets. Landlords are rude and slow to fix things. Rent was raised $95 in a two year span. The heat often went out. There is not enough parking spaces. The laundry facilities are mostly ancient and broke down often. There were no regular office hours and getting a call back from the landlords was rare. The apartments are small with no real amenities. It was not a pleasant place to live.
