I have lived here for more than 16years and am happy to call it my home,yes there have been ups and downs but for the most part its small things,I don't have cockroaches like most people complain because its upto you to put in the hard work and keep your apartment clean,if I have something that needs to be fixed it gets done. Jenny our manager is amazing,friendly,approachable and always available and is not afraid of fixing things herself if she can.Alot of tenants can be rude but she patiently deals with them with so much respect.She and her stuff are very hardworking,give this place a chance before you listen to the negative.i have seen people live and come back.Joan.
It's not a good place here always having problems with water leaking
The management is great and The apartment is nice but the ROACHES & bugs are terrible. No matter how many time you get fumigated they are in hallways, walls, neighbors. Just everywhere also the gym equipment is very cheap
One of the most uncomfortable place to live. The manager is the worst!! She complains about absolutely everything. In the evening they close the front gate where ppl use to pick up ppl or just to turn back out. Now there’s a traffic jam just to get into the parking garage every day because of the manager. Extremely annoying. And it’s old and ugly but worst of all is every unit is cheaply put together. And neighbors keep the place very filthy.
Roaches roaches, in the hall way ! Of building don’t move in .... to this place there’s always a pluming issue the don’t update nothing after u move in , so save yourself. Management can be a bit rude too!
Wow... I don’t even know where to start. The place is old, filthy, and expensive for what it’s worth. I mean unless they charge extra for coackroaches? Management is rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how the company hired her, I’d expect at least some professionalism. Someone from the company really needs to read these reviews
Not worth the price !!! Fake promises most of the things offered on here are not available such as the business room. Don't do it.

We're sorry promises are not being kept. The business room is available for study's and business meetings upon request, if you need access or anything else please feel free to stop by the office during normal hours of 9:00am-6:00pm to discuss the procedure for use of the area and any other concerns you may have.
We were told the wrong date for our move in and we had to find arrangements OURSELVES for one week. On top of that the unit was in poor shape when we got it. We tried to get them to fix the windows because dirt keeps coming in our unit but management refuses. The AC is so loud we can’t have it on at night because it is difficult to sleep with. The cleaning lady of the building always complains about cleaning. We’ve under gone 2 treatments for roaches but they keep coming back. Save yourself the money and don’t move here. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
A two bedroom apartment with an integrated living room and kitchen at entrance. Seems standard for apartments. It's cozy, although more room would be nice. The price for the size is reasonable and there are no pests to worry about. A balcony view of the sidestreet is also available. 7/10
Very welcoming staff, and emviroment . Needss new carpets in hallways.
