Air conditioner leaks, toilet doesn't flush right ask the apartment manager if we could have the rug cleaned after us being their over five years they denied us. Maintenance personal are not very handy really don't know how to fix things. there s no place for the kids to play the basketball court is tore up they could put fake grass so the kids can play games. swimming pool is always dirty green stuff in it.
