Casi 5 años ahí. Y hasta que llegó el gerente nuevo, todo a cambiado poco a poco. El muy amable, Respetuoso y educado! Desprotejo cada una de mis dudas. Viví tranquila! Trancan de solucionar lo más rápido posible!! Y muchas veces culpamos al gerente de los desperfectos cuando en realidad también nosotros como inquilinos debemos de vivir en orden en general. Poniendo y cuidando cada cosa. Para mantener un lugar limpio y habitable. Y tener una estancia agradable. No solo es responsabilidad del gerente.. también de cada persona que desee vivir ahí. Yo viví muy cómoda .. lo recomiendo 10 de 10.. GERENTE MUY BUEN TRABAJO!!

INFESTED WITH ROACHES

•Infested with Roaches •Power doesn’t work in Living room •Rust is seeping from the Shower walls I just Moved in Yesterday 03/16/2024 , Called Management TODAY ( 03/17/2024) , but receptionist said they were “ Busy at the moment”.

Parking is TERRIBLE!!!!

It's quiet but the parking is horrible and cars have been parked for almost a year. Management hasn't done ANYTHING ABOUT TOWING those cars. People have 3 or more cars and park ALL of them inside so it doesn't leave space.

Worth It

The manager while Nita is one the best managers I've ever had. Whenever there is R issue she gets on it promptly and doesn't treat you like a number. Great personality and her customer service makes you feel like family. This is a perfect transitional property where the rates are low.

Nice and Quiet Complex

The apartments are very nice and spacious and the property is kept very clean I have been living here for a year and never had any problems the management team is very nice and they take care of the work orders very quickly. The manager is very helpful and she is always in the office ready to take care of the tenants needs the rents here are very reasonable my family and I are very happy here I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to live in a quiet and pleasant complex.

Great apartment management!!

I came to check out some apartments and the manager here was so friendly. She spoke English and Spanish . Definitely going to hurry and bring my application back ! The apartment were very clean, people in the area seemed kind ! Thanks Juanita !!

Sunset Village

Has gotten progressively worse over the years. New landlord every 6 months, maintenance is cool, but if you put in a work order prepare to have them come to your house on a day when you least expect them to because the manager will tell you this monday and they come 2 weeks later on a friday.

Sunset Village Apartnents

The area I live in is quite for the most part. On holidays such as new years and 4th of July its loud but other than that it's quiet. People are so friendly. There are schools and plenty of shopping, including the city mall, near by. I love that there isn't a water bill. But maintenance takes a while to get to your house issue so thats why I gave it a 3 out of 5. Enjoy your new apartment!
