New management company, Lynco, took over in 2021, and did a complete employee turnover and downsizing. Current staff is super friendly and hardworking but there isn't enough of them. Phone calls are often not answered or returned and emails are rarely replied to. Started valet trash service this year. It's a huge problem! There is only a 2 hour window, 5 days a week (excluding holidays) to put trash out. The rest of the time tenants must store trash and boxes in the apartment. On a holiday weekend without pickup, tenants have to store trash/recyclables inside for 3 days.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with this apartment complex. After my lease ended on March 31, I noticed that they had charged me rent for the month of April. I immediately reached out to them via email in early April to clarify the situation and request a refund. Their initial response was promising, as they assured me that I would receive a refund check within 30 days. However, it has now been almost 2 months, and I still haven't received my money back. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through phone calls and emails, the only response I received was a vague promise to "follow back."
First off they changed managers 3x in the year I lived there. It took them weeks to fix anything I asked for. I had water pouring out of my fridge and they suggested I unplug the fridge and turn off the water …..coming to fix it 4 days later. If all the things you endure during living there isn’t bad enough ….. just wait until you move out. I had my apartment professionally cleaned and went and checked it afterwards, only to be charge almost $400 in cleaning / repair fees. They claimed they needed to sand and restrain my cabinets and showed me pictures of finger prints. I couldn’t even use my cabinets for 2 days when I moved in , because they were wet from them staining them. Then they attempted go over charge me by $600 when I moved out. Please do me a favor don’t live here and if you absolutely have to , do not bother cleaning they will charge you everything under the Sun for cleaning fees so why bother. I wish I would have known.
We recently moved into the 1800 building into a 2 bedroom apartment and they are very nicely set up. We appreciate the vaulted ceilings of the 2nd floor and the little bonus room on the front of the building. Tiffany and the team have been extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating us with all of our needs. Recommend these apartments for anyone. Can’t wait to use the pool this summer...
I have lived here in a one-bedroom for 15 months. The people that work in the office, Stephanie, Kim, Piper, and maintenance, are all so nice and knowledgeable. No matter how frustrated I can get over certain issues, they are always very professional and willing to listen. I put a work order in, it's done within 24 to 48 hours. Many times even the same day. Annie and Logan, you guys rock! You won't find a better team anywhere who cares about this property.

I lived at Sunstone in Andover for 3 years, and I loved every minute of it. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-kept, and what few maintenance issues arose were promptly addressed. The amenities are modern and sleek, the balcony views are great, even the location next to Dillons is so convenient. The pricing is quite affordable for the quality you get. The complex is safe and welcoming for families and single professionals. What really made it a fantastic place to live was the staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful, especially Kim and Stephanie. They were so easy to talk to and clearly genuinely care about their residents. Even more than a year after moving out, Kim was super quick to help me out in a pinch - without any obligation to do so! I highly recommend Sunstone to anyone looking to live in the area!

Sunstone is more then a place to live, it’s family. I love my apartment, it’s modern and has an open floor plan. Nice place to walk and love the pool in the summer. People are friendly and we have lots of activities such as pool parties, Mother’s Day breakfast, carriage rides, Christmas party. Grounds are kept beautiful and maintenance is awesome and quick. Pets are loved. My family is truly blessed to live here. I love Stephanie the manager she is a sweetheart and a very understanding person . Kim is amazing, who my dog Max loves more then me lol . The rent price is ridiculous! Not to mention the maintenance staff has no clue what they’re doing and the office staff doesn’t seem to care that my dishwasher didn’t work properly for a year. The building has damage that allowed mice to get in. They jam pack everyone into the back building instead of spacing people out and then there’s no parking. This place is overpriced. I feel like i got scammed when i received the bill after my move out. I left that place in better condition than when i moved in. What a joke!
Stephanie, Mike and Kim rock! Everything involving the move in went great w/ Mike. Stephanie and Kim have been very helpful with a couple of "small issues" I have had. Had a leak in bathroom and was repaired super fast. The apartments are super modern and clean- kitchens have granite counter tops, tile back splash and their is tons of storage area, great washer/dryers too! Grounds are beautiful, most tenants are super friendly and most dog owners pick up their dog waste. Also super handy having Dillons right next door. Garages are available for $75 a month.
Be very careful, dont sign anything untill you are actually moving in. They cash our deposit and we never even saw the inside of the apartment they refused to refund. Friends of ours lived here and said many people get huge bills for simple things when they move out.
They are nice when you live there, but when you move out, they will use your money to replace things that are normal wear and tear. We are charged over $700 when we move out, even we cleaned the apartment for a whole day and the apartment is very clean( we only lived in that apartment for several month). Very disappointed. That's why their rooms look nice, because they are going to use your money to make their properties always new: carpet cleaning, painting and replacement after you move out! They will pick a teeny tiny flow to have you pay a new one. Do not recommended.
Words can not describe how amazing the staff is here. That's just a start. This is truly a community of people who care for each other and look out for each other. We feel very safe here as well. The decor, the layout, the amenities, the location, the school district........list goes on! We are so happy to call this place home.
The management is exceptional and the apartments are built with quality finishes! I would recommend.
Good floor plans, and good localty.. it is worth the payment.. good school district
Very happy with Sunstone. Wonderful staff, the property is well kept and it's a nice place to come home to after a 12 hour work day.
