Property Ratings at SunView Apartments
Called to ask if a 1 bedroom would be available in a few months and was interrupted with a “no” before even saying the timeframe. The receptionist didn’t give her name and was obviously eager to end the call. I asked if she had an estimate as to when a unit might open up, she did not and said “bye” before my next question. I then asked if there was a waiting list, she said no but I doubt she would take the time to collect my info even if there was a list. She did not say thank you for my interest or apologize for the lack of availability or information. I thanked her and she hung up without a word. I’m not upset over the call but customer service is not hard. I would hate to call the office as a resident when reception makes it clear that you’re just bothering them.
