Sunwood Apartment Community

The interior of the apartments I've seen at Sunwood are nice. The inside halls and steps and doors are mostly clean. There is a lady that comes once or twice a week to clean.

Management office has convenient location, and staff are available, approachable and helpful.

Our apartment at sunwood was very well taken care of other then a few minor maintenance and cleanliness issues found during walk through but regarding every other aspect of the apartment we had an amazing experience and hope to stay here a while

I have only lived here for about 1.5 weeks, but it is a lovely apartment! The office staff are amazing and my apartment unit is wonderful!

A very nice place to rent. Maintenance can be slow occasionally but gets the work done fast when they arrive. Very professional staff. Slightly noisy neighbors at night otherwise a great place to live.

Sunwood seems ok but needs a lot of improvement in ALL aspects. Maintnance staff need to be better and actually finish projects when they say they will and not leave them sit for months. I have heard from my friends and others that Goldmark has treated them like garbage and every couple weeks more cracks are starting to show. Also, the payment system for laundry needs to be reviewed as it costs way too much to laundry, especially for those with families.

Love the location and being close to every thing, quite often hear and or see emergency vehicles coming by, havent met any of my neighbors but that being said they arent loud so no problems with that, would be nice if apartment came with a garbage disposal and a microwave

Obviously I enjoy living at Sunwood 3 - #109 or I would not be still living here, But it is frustrating when all of these unsupervised children are running all over the place, dropping pop cans and garbage as they go . . . . . and totally disregard that other people live here in the community and appreciate a nice clean place to live.

The management at Sunwood is awesome, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Elissa is on top of her game.

nice apartment. they dont listen to you though and wait to replace your broken fridge until youve lived there for a year as an incentive.

The best move-in experience I have ever had. The staff is super sweet, neighbors are really friendly, and the property is in a very convenient spot for work/shopping. The staff was incredible with getting my apartment completely finished in a short amount of time so I could move in!

Laundry is top notch, snow removal is extremely impressive always plowed out right away, buildings stay clean, Site Manager is excellent at what she does! Price is reasonable!

Sunwood is a great facility with great management. Elissa, the manager, cares about residents and takes care of any issues right away. They are updating the buildings to become more modern. The price is great for the apartment.

well Sunwood apartment is one of the best apartment I will recommend for every body, you will feel at home with Sunwood, they are far better than what people says they are. the management are bit flexible to other apartments, you will enjoy living in Sunwood apartment

Goldmark has really changed in the past year with new management on all levels. We are very excited to have the new property manager as she is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents lives at Sunwood. We plan to stay here because the apartment is great and the staff makes sure it feels like home.

Sunwood is a beautiful complex! The management team is kind and friendly, they really aim to make you feel like youre a part of the goldmark family. The apartments themselves are in pristine condition, our leasing agent inspected it top to bottom and made sure that things were taken care of before we moved in.

We were skeptical at first due to some issues with management communication when we moved in but recently Sunwood has got new staff that are AMAZING. They are kind, efficient, and truly care about the conditions for the residents. Very excited to keep renewing our lease with this new team!

I have lived at Sunwood for 10 years and love my apartment and the location of Sunwood to my work, shopping and daily activities. Only when new residents move in who have no respect or consideration for the rest of us and have to be schooled in respect and consideration for others is it a little disheartening.

While the outside looks nice, you get what you pay for.

My stay at Sunwood Apartment has been an awesome one. The level of professionalism given by off ice staffs is Awesome. I also love the online services provided on the platform. It's my hope that we (my wife and I) will continue to enjoy the great services.

The staff at Sunwood is truly A ! After living in multiple apartment complexes that have had horrible management, living here is like a dream. All of our concerns are addressed immediately and they treat you with kindness, even when they are busy. We are enjoying our new home thoroughly!

I love my apartment at SunWood and wouldn't still be here 10 years later if I didn't. There are some things that need action taken upon, like the one I mentioned above and I hope you do just that!

The property looks nice, but there is always garbage in the stairways and thrown around outside.

Management is good helpful people with great personalities. I would say give the company a chance and start believing!??
